Abstract

The invention relates to a support (1) for a brake caliper (10) comprising an axially internal portion (2) and an axially external portion (3) . These portions are connected to each other by means of two bridge elements (23,32) , which embrace the brake disk (4) upon operation. Means are further provided for rigid and firm connection (11) between the support and the caliper both on the axially internal portion and axially external portion. The invention further relates to the brake caliper suitable for being connected to this support and the braking device comprising the support -caliper assembly.
