Abstract
The present invention relates to woman's brassiere for alleviating menstrual pains and premenstrual syndromes wherein a printing solution containing bioceramic materials which have an effect of alleviating menstrual pains, absorbing a bad smell and antibiotic function, or a mixture of the bioceramic materials and a green tea extract which has an anti-oxidating effect and aids in anti-aging, moisturization and removal of bad smell is printed on a brassiere cup and a chest band. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide the brassiere which may significantly alleviate menstrual pains and premenstrual syndromes, may aid in keeping normal social activity a physical health even in her menstrual period, and may facilitate wear and management.

Description
WOMAN'S BRASSIERE FOR ALLEVIATING MENSTRUAL PAINS AND PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to woman's brassiere. More particularly, the present invention relates to woman's brassiere for alleviating menstrual pains and premenstrual syndromes comprising a printing solution containing bioceramic materials or a mixture of the bioceramic materials and a green tea extract which is printed on a brassiere cup and/or a chest band. Background Art
[2] Women suffering from periodical breast pains which are one of premenstrual syndromes in a menstrual period and felt by most women, feel different levels of pain from each other depending on their menstrual periods, and at least half of the women feel the pain on both breasts. Such women feel dull over the entire taut breasts when they are in menstrual periods. The pains last from a short period of time such as several minutes up to at least one week so that women feel dull, numbed, or painful even for a touch. Such a pain periodically occurs depending on the menstrual period, occurs usually on thirties having an active hormone function, or lasts to the menopause.
[3] Further, approximately 60 to 90% of the global women experience menstrual pain every month, which causes their body pain, physiological discomfort and stress, etc., and significantly hinders their social and productive activities. In this regard, it has been social significant interests and research thereon has been conducted for a long time. A lot of curing and prevention methods have been utilized for such menstrual pain, but those methods do not produce any effects over the problems in taking the tablets accompanying side effects or using complicated curing methods. Effective and easy-going cure or prevention has been conducted yet.
[4] Typically, the conventional methods for curing the menstrual pain and the premenstrual syndromes are taking a pain killer prohibiting the pain or using an acupunctural or mugwort combustion therapy at a Korean medicinal hospital. Other physical therapy includes for example salt water fermentation and massage. The former taking a pain killer produces temporary effects, but leads to big side effects to the human body. The latter Korean medicinal treatments or other physical therapies have problems of complicated curing processes and cost-increasing. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[5] The present invention is directed to woman's brassiere, wherein a printing solution
containing bioceramic materials or a mixture of the bioceramic material and a green tea extract is printed on a brassiere cup and a chest band to form a printed layer, and components of the bioceramic material and the green tea extract contained in the printed layer become in contact with the skin of the woman when she wears the brassiere, so that the menstrual pain, and the premenstrual syndromes, especially, the breast pain, can be effectively alleviated.
[6] The present invention is also directed to a brassiere for alleviating menstrual pains and premenstrual syndromes, which facilitates manufacture, wear and management by printing a printing solution containing the above-described components on the brassiere to form a printed layer without mounting on the brassiere a separate device for alleviating the menstrual pain and the premenstrual syndromes. [7] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is to provide a brassiere for women including a cup, a chest band, and a printed layer, wherein a printing solution containing bioceramic materials is printed on the cup or the chest band to form the printed layer.
[8] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the brassiere is also characterized in that a green tea extract may be comprised in the printing solution.
[9] Moreover, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the brassiere is characterized in that slit pockets for allowing at least one compensating pad to be inserted may be formed in lining materials of the brassiere cup.
[10] According to other embodiment of the present invention, the brassiere is characterized in that the printing layer may be formed in the compensating pads.
[11] According to other embodiment of the present invention, the brassiere is also characterized in that the bioceramic materials may comprise 45 to 98 wt% of SiO , 0.5 to 30 wt% of Al O , 0.5 to 30 wt% of Fe O , 0.5 to 30 wt% of Fe O , and 0.1 to 10 wt%

[12] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the brassiere is also characterized in that the mixture comprises 0.1 to 5 wt% of the green tea extract and 95 to 99.9 wt% of the bioceramic materials on the basis of total weight of the mixture.
Advantageous Effects
[13] According to the brassiere of the present invention, a printing solution containing bioceramic materials or a mixture of the bioceramic materials and a green tea extract is printed on a brassiere cup and a chest band to form a printed layer 600, and components of the bioceramic materials and the green tea extract contained in the printed layer become in contact with the skin of the woman when she wears the brassiere, so that the menstrual pains and the premenstrual syndromes can be sig-
nificantly alleviated. [14] Furthermore, at least 80% of polyphenol is contained in the green tea extract mixed in the printing solution, which can thus reduce a possibility of causing an allergic problem on the skin and can aid in anti-aging, moisturization, removal of bad smell and keeping normal social activity a physical health even in her menstrual period. [15] In addition, a method of manufacturing a brassiere for alleviating menstrual pains and premenstrual syndromes is employed, which can improve productivity and efficiency, and can facilitate wear and management by printing a printing solution containing bioceramic materials or the mixture mixed with the bioceramic materials and a green tea extract on the brassiere to form a printed layer without mounting on the brassiere always worn by the woman a separate device for alleviating the menstrual pains and the premenstrual syndromes.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [19] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to accompanying drawings. [20] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a brassiere 10 manufactured in accordance with the present invention, and FIG. 2 illustrates a rear view of the brassiere. [21] The brassiere 10 comprises a cup 100 covering a breast of a woman, and a shoulder band 400 and a chest band 500 which are engaged with the cup 100 for allowing the brassiere 10 to be worn by the woman. [22] In this case, the cup 100 may be composed of an upper cup 110 and a lower cup
120 to be sewn in a convex manner, or may be modulated to be united in a convex manner per each woman having a different breast size. [23] In addition, the cup 100 is composed of an outer material and a lining material, and also includes a nonwoven fabric between the outer and lining materials. [24] A printing solution containing bioceramic materials or a mixture mixed with the bioceramic materials and a green tea extract is printed on the lining materials of the brassiere as described above, to form a printed layer 600. [25] According to the present invetion, the printing solution may be printed on anywhere
as well as the lining and outer materials of the cup, and another printed material may be added between the lining and outer materials. [26] In addition, a printing solution containing bioceramic materials or a mixture of the bioceramic materials and a green tea extract may be printed on the lining material of the chest band 500 of the brassiere as described above to form a printed layer 600. [27] In this case, the above-described printing solution may be printed not only on the lining materials of the chest band 500 but also on the outer materials of the chest band
500. [28] A slit pocket 200 is formed in the lining materials of the cup 100 of the brassiere 10 for allowing a compensating pad 300 for compensating a breast size to be inserted. [29] In this case, the printing solution as described above may also be printed on the compensating pad 300 to form the printed layer 600. [30] As described above, a printing solution containing bioceramic materials or a mixture of the bioceramic materials and a green tea extract is printed on the brassiere to form a printed layer 600 and the printed layer is disposed to be in contact with or near the skin of the woman when she wears the brassiere, so that the menstrual pains, and the premenstrual syndromes, especially the breast pain, can be effectively alleviated. [31] Effects of the bioceramic materials on alleviation of the menstrual pain, removal of bad smell, and antibiotic function are confirmed by the present inventors, and a menstrual pad containing the bioceramic materials had been recorded as Korean Patent
Registration No. 10-420059. [32] According to the present invention, the bioceramic materials may comprise 45 to 90 wt% of SiO , 0.5 to 30 wt% of Al O , 0.5 to 30 wt% of Fe O , 0.5 to 30 wt% of Fe O ,
2 2 3 2 3 3 4 and 0.1 to 10 wt% of TiO on the basis of total weight of the materials, which are primary components of clay mineral, particularly a mixture of fine ceramics.
[33] The green tea extract contains at least 80% of green tea polyphenol, which is defined to have at least two of phenolic structures, and chemical structures such as flavonoid and isoflavonoid are collectively referred to as the polyphenol. Such polyphenol compounds have multi-functionality as cosmetics, foods and medical supplies, and an anti-oxidating effect is the representative function of the polyphenol compound, which can thus reduce the possibility of causing an allergic problem and aid in anti-aging, moisturization and removal of bad smell.
[34] According to the present invention, the mixture mixed with the bioceramic materials and the green tea extract to be contained in the printing solution preferably comprises 0.1 to 5 wt% of the green tea extract and 95 to 99.9 wt% of the bioceramic materials.
[35] When the bioceramic materials are mixed with a dyeing bond, the bioceramic
materials may be easily detached from a fiber if a weight ratio of the bioceramic materials to the binder is less than 1.5 : 1 and it is difficult to attach a desired amount of the ceramic to an area of the specific location if the weight ratio is above 1 : 6. Accordingly, the weight ratio of the fibrous binder to the bioceramic materials is made and combined to be 1.5 : 1 to 1 : 6 to form a screen with several patterns such as mustard pattern or various dots, which is printed by a method of printing the mixed bioceramic materials and the fibrous binder on a textile.
[36] In this case, a typical method of performing printing on the textile is applied for the printing method, and a green tea extract may be additionally used for the method to combine with the fibrous binder for printing.
[37] [38] TEST EXAMPLE: Effect on Alleviating Menstrual Pain [39] 50 women were selected from the women group whose menstrual pains was point 6 or more during usual menstrual period in 10 s to 40's fertile women. They were allowed to wear women's brassiere according to the present invention, thereby observing the effects on alleviating the menstrual pain. As a result, 70% of the tested group experienced an effect alleviating the menstrual pains which was evaluated to a point change of 2 or more. In this case, point 10 numbered indicates the most severe pain not endurable, and point 0 numbered indicates free of pain.

[42] [43] As shown in Table 1, remarkable alleviating effect in menstrual pain was found in the test group wearing women's brassiere in accordance with this invention. Further, the test group shows finding that it not only causes reducing in menstrual pain, but also reducing in breast pains, fatigue before menstrual, bulimia, depressive feeling, mastalgia, swelling of face, arms and legs, increasing in activity, maintaining hot underbelly without wage, alleviating in dyspepsia or diarrhea, reducing in offensive odors from menstrual blood and dermatitis, and alleviating in nausea, vomiting and vertigo.
[44] Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.

Industrial Applicability [46] According to the present invention, the brassiere can significantly alleviate menstrual pains and premenstrual syndromes, can reduce a possibility of causing an allergic problem on the skin, can aid in anti-aging, moisturization, removal of bad smell, keeping normal social activity a physical health even in her menstrual period, can improve productivity and efficiency of the product, and can facilitate wear and management.

Claims
[1] A brassiere for alleviating menstrual pains and menstrual syndromes which comprises a cup and a chest band, wherein a printing solution containing bioceramic materials is printed on the cup to form the printed layer.
[2] A brassiere for alleviating menstrual pains and menstrual syndromes which comprises a cup and a chest band, wherein a printing solution containing bioceramic materials is printed on the chest band to form the printed layer.
[3] The brassiere according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the printing solution comprises a green tea extract.
[4] The brassiere according to claim 1 or 2, wherein slit pockets for allowing at least one compensating pad to be inserted are formed in lining materials of the cup and/or the chest band.
[5] The brassiere according to claim 4, wherein the printing layer is formed in the compensating pad.
[6] The brassiere according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bioceramic materials comprise 45 to 98 wt% of SiO , 0.5 to 30 wt% of Al O , 0.5 to 30 wt% of Fe O ,

[7] The brassiere according to claim 3, wherein the mixture comprises 0.1 to 5 wt% of the green tea extract and 95 to 99.9 wt% of the bioceramic materials.
