Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine synthetische Zusammensetzung, die ein Polypeptid, das die Aminosäuresequenz von SEQ ID NO: 1 umfasst, ein Polypeptid, das die Aminosäuresequenz von SEQ ID NO: 3 umfasst, ein Polypeptid, das die Aminosäuresequenz von SEQ ID NO: 5 umfasst, und Ascorbinsäure umfasst. Insbesondere betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine synthetische Zusammensetzung, die BMP-2 (Bone Morphogenetic Protein-2), BMP-4 (Bone Morphogenetic Protein-4), Aktivin A und Ascorbinsäure umfasst. In einem weiteren Aspekt betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Zellkulturmedium bzw. ein Stammzelldifferenzierungsmedium, das die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung umfasst.
