Technical Field

[1] This invention is regarding the cyber studio system using UCC and method of new knowledge search using the system. In detail, it can be considered to have same concept as a type of personal home page and it realizes the virtual studio to cyber space in using the UCC. UCC mini studio is automatically created for the registered member of the web site, member can store the UCC produced by himself, music, movies, etc and use the operating service for knowledge search, chatting & shopping mall. It is regarding the cyber studio system using UCC & method of new knowledge search using the system where both operating company and member get benefits with the distribution of profit including advertisement fee, PPL, etc acquired from the advertisement sponsor by displaying the products or goods including products required for the interior and decoration of the private mini studio in realities including TV, stereo, avatar, frame, home appliances ,etc that are attached with the logo or brand name of sponsor.

[2] It is system that can improve the responsibility and reliability in response by providing the text, image or video to many random people and secure more precise and high quality contents revealing the source and judging the authenticity instead of the search method that served Q&A among members in text format and in certain space.

[3] In addition, previous format of compensation (In case of Naver: Naegong) for Q&A has been changed into the win-win profit sharing for the cyber studio system using UCC and digital contents and the method of new knowledge search using the system in that some portion of PR profit acquired from the exposure of advertisement in screen loading, caption, ending, etc during the execution of UCC for the knowledge response is given as the compensation for members who created the UCC for response.

[7] Purpose of this invention designed to resolve above mentioned problem is to provide the cyber studio system using UCC and digital contents and the method of new knowledge search using the system in which UCC members can create other profit including advertisement, sponsor, etc based on contribution to UCC view rate with the acquisition of advertisement profit with the exposure of their cyber studio on-line private thus cyber studio members can create far greater profit than the owner of the web site.

[8] The other purpose of this invention is to provide the cyber studio system using UCC and digital contents and the method of new knowledge search using the system in order for information users to inquire and receive the information through above cyber studio free of charge, understand the information better by viewing the information in text, image and video format, take pleasure in viewing instead of boredom of reading in the past. In addition, advertisement company can expect the increase in advertisement recognition effect from the concentration of the information users to acquire the necessary knowledge in no time and web site operator can acquire the advertisement profit with the accumulation of high quality knowledge UCC and natural PR of the web site. [9] The cyber studio system using UCC and digital contents and the method of new knowledge search using the system designed to accomplish the above purposes is as following. It also includes the professional Mentorship menu in that 1st, 2nd, and 3rd professional area of UCC member is registered at the initial registration, professionality in each field is indicated in large, medium and small categories on the top of Cyber-Studio created on-line, owner trains the members to become professionals in each field through such system so that information user, knowledge beginner and knowledge requesters registered as the UCC member can learn the knowledge on each field from the professional owner or teacher visiting the Cyber-Studio of the professionals, relationship of registered members is formed as that of student and teacher with the settlement of knowledge studio based on knowledge exchanged with such formation of human relationship and capacity to develop through roles as self-development center for knowledge training in cyber space is arranged to share knowledge and seek profit. Then, it informs on the registration of UCC and its sales status. [21] The Contents Information DB also includes the chatting room menu in that realtime chatting is carried on between visitors or visitor and owner in video phone or VoLP method.

[22] Above Contents Information DB also provides the Fan Cafe Registration List menu in that one can register the favorite studios of other members, friends and family to move to the studio when clicking it, Fan Cafe menu in that one receives the mail regarding the interested field when registering the fan cafe and one is registered to studio fan cafe registration list through log-in process when clicking the menu, Message menu in that inquiry, letter of appreciation, tag for friends and DC, purchase and price negotiations of products can be sent to owner of studio or registered mail as text or text with attachment of video and Favorite UCC List real-time. [82] The member registered to the web site is automatically give UCC cyber studio and registered to the list for professional in each field. Then, knowledge UCC inquiry of information is responded through inquiry notification of related professional DB and related professional UCC. (Stage S202).

[83] For the advertisement, when user upload the UCC with selection of classification/ detailed category/item, the server of operating company automatically combines the adequate advertisement that relates to the classification/ detailed category/item to the UCC of user. Then knowledge UCC information is exposed with the combined advertisement when information user searches for the knowledge information and operating company & UCC producer distributes the profit based on the number of exposures, etc. (Stage S203)

[84] After that, related knowledge UCC cyber studio description list is presented when information user searches it through internet & mobile. Then, he clicks the drawn up knowledge UCC cyber studio and watches the UCC & moves and watches the UCC cyber studio after the advertisement. (Stage S204)

[85] The invention is not limited to the above described adequate applications and one with general knowledge in technology field in which this invention belongs to may easily alter and execute the invention without straying from the essence of the invention that is claimed in the range of claim and such alternation would be within the range of claim.
