Abstract

The present invention relates to an assistance cap for air-sol container. In order to make the best use of the limited space such as the inside of a car, the assistance cap according to the present invention has following features: the assistance cap is combined with the cover of the air- sol container, the inside of the cap is empty and the top part is opened, and the inside diameter is formed as a cylinder shape by corresponding to the outside diameter of the above mentioned air- sol cover, and the storing part that has a bottom plate at the bottom; and also the combining part which is combined by inserting to the upper inside diameter of the above mentioned storing part, and the covering part that has rotate-able covers on the top; and the above mentioned storing part is combined to the above mentioned air- sol cover.

[1] The present invention relates to an assistance cap for air-sol container.

Background Art

[4] The present invention relates to an assistance cap for air-sol container, more specifically an assistance cap which maximizes to make full use of the space, such as inside of car that has limited space. [5] Air-sol is charged with a high pressure gas as well as other contents for various purposes. [6] Formal air-sol container is explained with Fig. 6 which attached below this document.

[7] Fig. 6 shows a side view of formal air-sol container.

[8] As shown in Fig. 6, air-sol (10) sprays contents by pressing the upper side nozzle, and the air-sol cover (12) is additionally combined in order to avoid unintentional press of the nozzle. [9] Such air-sol container is frequently used as a car cleaner or a fire extinguisher for the car. On the other hand, for cars, it happens to use an aromatic to refresh inside air, and also it happens to use a flashlight to secure sight when emergency. [10] However, it is difficult to have these various items in limited space of the car, and also it takes a lot of time to find the air-sol extinguisher and the flashlight when they are needed at the same time.

[14] The present invention is to solve the problems of the previous tech mentioned above, aim to provide an assistance cap which is able to have a function of aromatic, flashlight, and keeping space.

Advantageous Effects

[20] As described above, according to this invention, it is possible to offer a multipurpose assistance cap which is able to provide a keeping place for coins, add an aromatic function, or have a flashlight function by adhering to the cover of the air-sol container.

[21] That is, according to this invention, an assistance cap for air-sol container is provided which can be used by being combined with the cover of established air-sol container including the main body that has a combining part which corresponds to the inside diameter of an upper part of the established air-sol container cover.

[22] Also, according to this invention, the bottom of the container has an adhering material, which enables the assistance cap to be separated and used by adhering with another material of a car or etc when all contents charged in the container are exhausted.

[23] Especially, when the adhering material is made of a soft absorbing plate, it is easily used by adhering to the windshield of a car, and it is possible to use it at any time.

[24] On the other hand, when the adhering material is double-side tape or Velcro tape, it is easy to adhere to a certain place and the manufacturing cost goes down.

[25] Also, according to this invention, various things can be stored and used since a covering part and a storing part are made at the main body.

[26] Meanwhile, the storing part of this invention can be charged with an aromatic or a deodorant, and there is a hole made onto the covering part or the upper part of the main body so the aromatic or deodorant which is charged in the storing part can be spread outside.

[27] In addition, two control covers that have an independently rotate-able fan-shaped open hole are made onto the upper side of the covering part and they make it possible to control the amount of an aromatic or deodorant so the proper amount of odor can be spread in a limited space such as a car.

[28] Also, according to this invention, an assistance cap for air-sol container which is able to be used as a flashlight is provided by combining a battery, lamp, and a switch in the main body or the covering part, and especially when the air-sol container is a fire extinguisher, it is possible to secure a sight when smoke occurs by a fire.

[29] Meanwhile, according to this invention, since the upper part of the main body or the covering part has a convex lens, a concave lens, a convex mirror, a concave mirror, or a normal mirror, an assistance cap for air- sol container which is able to be used as an assistant mirror when it is installed in a car.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[44] In order to accomplish above mentioned purpose, an assistance cap for air-sol container according to the present invention is combined with the cover of an air- sol container, and is able to contain the main body which includes the combining part that corresponds with the inside diameter of the air- sol cover in order to be combined with above mentioned air- sol cover.

[45] In the present invention, the bottom side of the above mentioned main body is able to contain a adhering material which can be combined with outer material, and above mentioned adhering material forms a soft absorbing plate at the bottom plate of the body, and the absorbing part which has a fixing hole and a fixing knot is additionally included on the top part, and the bottom plate of the above mentioned main body can have either a Velcro tape, or a double-side tape, or an adhering material which has a fixing hole that is combined with the fixing knot of the above mentioned absorbing part.

[87] As illustrated in Fig. 5, when comparing the assistance cap according to the present operating example no. 5 (500) to the assistance cap according to the operating example no. 2 (200), it is substantially the same except the following three differences: the covering part (520) has a function of a flashlight and the assistance cap (500) functions as a flashlight. [88] In the covering part (520) of the assistance cap (500) according to the present invention, a mercury battery (525) and LED (524) is stored, and the cover is made as a condensing lens (532), and a switch (524) is connected to the one side of the top of the covering part (520). [89] As it is well known, a mercury battery (525) is able to provide a stable power, relatively small. And LED (524) has advantages such as spending less electricity, small size which makes it possible to be stored in the covering part (520). [90] The switch (524) determines whether the LED (524) works or not.

[91] The condensing lens (523) prevents from the flow of dust or dirt from outside, as well as gathers the light of LED (524) and secures the brightness per the unit area.

Also, a reflecting mirror (526) prevents a loss of the light from LED (524) by leading the light at one direction. [92] Meanwhile, in the present operating example, although the construction part of the flashlight is installed in the covering part (520), it is possible to install the construction part of the flashlight at the main body (510) without additional covering part. [93] In this composing manner, the assistance cap according to the present operating example no. 5 (500) can be used as a flashlight, and especially when the air-sol container is a fire extinguisher, it is possible to secure eyesight by using the assistance cap (500) in the presence of smoke by fire. [94] [95] Hereinbefore the operating examples of the present invention are described according to the attached drawings. However, the present invention is not limited at the operating examples mentioned above, but various modifications are possible as far as they are agreed with the idea and the motive of the limits of the attached claims in necessity. [96] Meanwhile, in case of the operating example no.1 through 5, it is certain that all adhering materials can be built in the main body.
