Abstract
In case of balcony window, this patent is composite window which is to satisfy durability and decoration and to improve safety from fire without using the glue, combined with aluminum sash and polystyrene. This is composite window for new generation which is combined polystyrene to two bending part in the top and bottom of aluminum sash. This patent is composite window that combined by pressing method and composed with aluminum and polystyrene of window frame and vent. The combining method of existing window is used by glue to combine with polystyrene to aluminum, and it made the toxic gas and it can be bended by difference temperature between outside and inside to reduce the effect of soundproof, insulation, waterproof. It isn't using the glue and combined exact by roller system, and so the measure of frame is uniformed that can be assembled exact with 4sides of vent, and it doesn't happened to bend by contraction and expansion as pressing method without using the glue, and it doesn't need the time to hardening of glue, and so it can increase the product and supply early.

Generally, Composite window is composed of Aluminum and wood, PVC, recycled styrene form as like report No. 97-3384 of utility model, report No. 92- 8906 of utility model, report No. 20-0283678 of utility model, report No. 20- 0163582 of utility model, and patent report No. 10- 0309793.

As the above mentioned, wood panel has corrupted and bended by condensation owing to difference of temperature from outside, and it is not smoothly operated and make the virus and mildew to harm to human body, and the processing and other fee is high cost that it not easy to using this by consumer.
And also, the window which is used PVC as inside surface isn't expandable, so it has weak point that are low than PS panel for insulation and soundproof, and also high cost than PS panel.
The window which is composed that the outside surface made from aluminum and the inside surface made from PS by using recycled styrene can make the injury to human body, and also it can be bended by difference temperature between outside and inside to reduce the effect of soundproof, insulation, etc.
(DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION)
The combining method of existing window is used by glue to combine with polystyrene to aluminum , and it made the toxic gas and it can be bended by difference temperature between outside and inside to reduce the effect of soundproof, insulation, waterproof.
This idea is based on the principle that is made the composite window by pressing method.
It isn't using the glue and combined exact by roller system , and so the measure of frame is uniformed that can be assembled exact with 4sides of vent, and it doesn't happened to bend by contraction and expansion as pressing method without using the glue, and it doesn't need the time to hardening of glue, and so it can increase the product and supply early.
It can be minimized the gap of vent and frame by exact assembling to protect the outside air to inside and also it can be maximized the insulation and
soundproof.

As drawing No. 4, this patent is for composite window which is composed that the outside surface made from aluminum and the inside surface made from PS. But, the difference with existing composite window is the connection method as like that is using the glue or combines by pressing.
It make the bending part on top and bottom of No. 2 of aluminum sash, and then combined with No. 1 & 2 of pressing connection part in No. 2 of decoration part by pressing method.
The above pressing connection part is composed the bending part as salient and groove as the enlargement of the drawing No. 4, and it can be combined by elasticity and pressing easily because the bending part has made by symmetry in every direction of aluminum sash.
Therefore No. 2 decoration part(32) doesn't separate from No. 2 aluminum sash(31 ) by any force.
The assembling method is as follows.
It makes the pressing connection part on top and bottom of No. 2 aluminum sash(31 ) and makes the groove on No. 2 decoration part(32), and then No. 2 decoration part(32) will be combined to No. 2 aluminum sash(31 ) with the
above pressing connection part and groove which isn't use the glue, just by pressing, and so it can supply the excellent window and balcony sash which has best insulation effect and soundproof.
(BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION)
The purpose of this patent is to satisfy of durability and decoration for window sash, especially balcony.
When the metal part and polystyrene part will be combined by the glue, it will happen to make the toxic gas and formaldehyde.
But, if it will be use by pressing connection method as this patent, it can complement for the above matters.
(INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY)
This patent is difference with existing composite window which is connected the wood, PVC to metal part by glue.
It has a merit of convenience and economic that be combined by automatic for processing compare with other processing, and can protect the formaldehyde and toxic gas.
The composite window which is using the pressing method is productivity and reduce the cost and also it has best insulation effect and soundproof, and it can be operated softly to open the window by protect the twist and decay owing to moisture.
The connection by pressing can supply the productivity to reduce the hardening time of glue(normally, it takes 48hours), and it can be recycled by take off the No. 2 decoration part(32) from No. 2 aluminum sash(31 ).
Claims
(Claims No. 1 )
This composite window has made with aluminum sash and wood or plastic panel.
It makes the pressing connection part on top and bottom of No. 2 aluminum sash and makes the groove on No. 2 decoration part, and then No. 2 decoration part will be combined to No. 2 aluminum sash with the above pressing connection part and groove which isn't use the glue, just by pressing, and so it can supply the excellent window and balcony sash which has best insulation effect and soundproof.
(Claims No. 2)
In case of Application No. 1 ,
The composite window that No. 2 aluminum sash has formed No. 1 pressing connection part on the top and bottom of one side part, and other side has formed No. 2 pressing connection part which is made the bend part over two.
(Claims No. 3)
In case of Application No. 1 ,
The composite window that No. 2 aluminum sash has formed No. 1 pressing connection part on the top of both part, and the bottom side has formed No. 2 pressing connection part.
(Claims No. 4)
In case of Application No. 1 or No. 3,
The composite window which is No. 2 decoration part has made by wood or
PVC or polystyrene.
