Abstract

A package tube is provided, which contains necessaries of life such as soy and bean pastes, chemical compounds such as paints, medical supplies such as ointments and cosmetics such as foundations and lotions, and squeezes the contents without deforming external form. The package tube includes: a restorable tube containing contents; a piston which is installed in the restorable tube in order to squeeze and discharge a desired amount of the contents; a front valve which prevents the discharged contents from turning back to the tube and air from flowing in the tube; and a rear valve which enables air to flow in the tube so that an external form of the tube can be restored. Accordingly, it is possible to keep the tube to be externally graceful.

Description

PACKAGE TUBE DISCHARGING CONTENTS WITHOUT DEFORMING EXTERNAL FORM
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a package tube which discharges contents without deforming external form, and more particularly, to a package tube that is, a package tubular container which contains necessaries of life such as soy and bean pastes, chemical compounds such as paints, medical supplies such as ointments and cosmetics such as foundations and lotions, and squeezes the contents without deforming external form, to thus be applied to pack necessaries of life, chemical compounds, medical supplies, and cosmetics.
Background Art
Conventional tubes, that is, tubular containers containing necessaries of life such as soy and bean pastes, chemical compounds such as paints, medical supplies such as ointments and cosmetics such as foundations and lotions are made of soft materials such as rubber and plastic resin or hard materials such as metal alloy.
Thus, it is very difficult to squeeze and discharge contents completely from the conventional tubes. Further, if an excessive physical force is applied to the tube to squeeze the contents when a small amount of contents is left in the tube, a more amount of the contents than a desired amount of the contents would be squeezed and discharged. In addition, if the contents contained in the tube are watery liquids of cosmetics, the watery liquids are spouted together with introduced air, to thereby pollute user's clothes. Accordingly, it is uncomfortable that users use contents contained in various types of rubber, plastic or metal tube containers.
Disclosure of the Invention To overcome inconveniences of the conventional package tube, it is an object of the present invention to provide a package tube which solves defectives that a more amount of the contents than a desired amount of the contents would be squeezed and discharged.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a package tube which solves defectives that a small amount of contents left in the tube is spouted together with introduced air, to thereby pollute user's surroundings.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a package tube which solves defectives that it is very difficult to squeeze and discharge contents completely from conventional tubes, when a small amount of contents is left in the tube,
To accomplish the above object of the present invention, there is provided a package tube comprising: a restorable tube containing contents; a piston which is installed in the restorable tube in order to squeeze and discharge a desired amount of the contents; a front valve which is attached to the entrance of the tube and prevents the discharged contents from turning back to the tube and air from flowing in the tube; and a rear valve which makes the piston advance to the contents and enables air to flow in the tube so that an external form of the tube can be restored.
Preferably but not necessarily, when the front valve is opened, the contents are discharged, and when the front valve is closed, the contents do not counterflow and an inflow of the air is interrupted, and wherein when the rear valve is closed, the contents are pushed toward the entrance portion to be discharged and when the rear valve is closed, the air is introduced into the tube to restore the distorted external form of the tube.
Preferably but not necessarily, when the rear valve is closed, the contents are completely discharged at the state where the tube has been deformed.

Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
Hereinbelow, a package tube according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like reference numerals are assigned for like elements in the drawings.
FIGS. IA to 2B show an external appearance of a package tube according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. IA to 2B, a reference numeral 1 denotes a side view of a body of a tube and a reference numeral 2 denotes a top view thereof. In addition, a reference numeral 3 denotes an open entrance portion in which a front valve which will be described later with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4A is mounted, and a reference numeral 4 denotes an open rear portion in which a rear valve which will be described later with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4B is mounted. Although not shown in the drawings, a cap may be fitted with the open entrance portion 3 of the tube 11. Further, reference numerals 5 and 7 denote the left and right sides of the tube. Still further, a reference numeral 6 denotes a front view of the open entrance portion, and a reference numeral 8 denotes a front view of the closed rear portion.
FIG. 3 is a detailed view showing the tube of FIG. IA according to the present invention, and FIGS. 4A and 4B show a front valve and a rear valve which are installed in the tube of FIG. 3 according to the present invention, respectively. Referring to FIGS. 3, 4A and 4B, the package tube according to the present invention includes: a restorable tube 11 containing contents; a piston 9 which is installed in the restorable tube 11 in order to squeeze and discharge a desired amount of the contents; a front valve 10 which is attached to the entrance 3 of the tube 11 and prevents the discharged contents from turning back to the tube 11 and air from flowing in the tube 11; and a rear valve 15 which makes the piston
9 advance to the contents and enables air to flow in the tube 11 so that an external form of the tube 11 can be restored.
FIGS .5A and 5B are detailed views showing a piston 9 installed in the tube of FIG. 3 according to the present invention, respectively.
Hereinbelow, the function of the package tube which discharges contents without deforming external form according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings .
As shown in the drawings, the front valve 10 is formed of a thin PVC (polyvinylchloride) plate valve which is mounted at the side of the entrance portion of the tube 11. The contents contained in the tube 11 is pushed by the piston 9, and then discharged from the tube 11. The rear valve 15 is also formed of a thin PVC film which introduces air as much as the discharged contents so that the external form of the tube is restored into an original external appearance.
When the outer portion of the tube 11 is depressed with a proper force in correspondence to as much as an amount of contents to be discharged, the front valve 10 formed of a thin PVC plate valve is opened, that is, turned OFF so that the contents are discharged. In the meantime, when the outer portion of the tube 11 stops being depressed, the front valve 10 is closed, that is, turned ON by the restoring force of the tube 11 in order to prevent the contents from turning back to the tube 11 and air from being introduced into the tube 11. The piston 9 closely contacts the inner wall of the tube 11 when the contents are squeezed and discharged, and plays a role of completely neatly discharging the contents.
The rear valve 15 which is mounted in the open rear portion 4 and is made of a thin PVC film plays a role of assisting the contents to be discharged since the rear valve 15 is closed, that is, turned ON when the contents are discharged, that is, when the outer portion of the tube 11 is depressed with a proper force in correspondence to as much as an amount of contents to be discharged. Meanwhile, when the outer portion of the tube 11 stops being depressed, the rear valve 15 is open, that is, turned OFF. Accordingly, air is introduced into the tube 11 as much as the discharged contents so that the external form of the depressed tube 11 can be restored, and then the rear valve 15 is closed, that is, turned ON.
As described above, the package tube according to the present invention squeezes and discharges the contents as much as a desired amount of the contents contained in the tube.
Irrespective of a small or large amount of the contents contained in the tube, the package tube according to the present invention may be applied to either case. Irrespective of a high or low viscosity of the contents contained in the tube, the package tube according to the present invention may squeeze and discharge the contents consistently.
Since the front valve is mounted at the entrance portion of the tube, the package tube according to the present invention may prevent air and contents from contacting each other and avoid solidification of the contents.
In the case of the cosmetics, necessaries for life, and the chemical products, the package tube according to the present invention may prevent the contents contained in the tube from being oxidized, to thereby use the contents without spare.
In the case of the watery liquids, the package tube according to the present invention may prevent the contents contained in the tube from spouting.
Since the external appearance of the tube is restored and not distorted esthetically, to thereby make the package tube look elegant.
As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to particularly preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention. Thus, the protective scope of the present invention is not defined within the detailed description thereof but is defined by the claims to be described later and the technical spirit of the present invention.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, the present invention provides a package tube that is, a package tubular container which contains necessaries of life such as soy and bean pastes, chemical compounds such as paints, medical supplies such as ointments and cosmetics such as foundations and lotions, and sgueezes the contents without deforming external form, to thus be applied to pack necessaries of life, chemical compounds, medical supplies, and cosmetics.

Claims

What is claimed is:
1. A package tube comprising: a restorable tube containing contents; a piston which is installed in the restorable tube in order to squeeze and discharge a desired amount of the contents; a front valve which is attached to the entrance of the tube and prevents the discharged contents from turning back to the tube and air from flowing in the tube; and a rear valve which makes the piston advance to the contents and enables air to flow in the tube so that an external form of the tube can be restored.
2. The package tube according to claim 1, wherein when the front valve is opened, the contents are discharged, and when the front valve is closed, the contents do not counterflow and an inflow of the air is interrupted, and wherein when the rear valve is closed, the contents are pushed toward the entrance portion to be discharged and when the rear valve is closed, the air is introduced into the tube to restore the distorted external form of the tube .
3. The package tube according to claim 1 or 2, wherein when the rear valve is closed, the contents are completely discharged at the state where the tube has been deformed.
