  • the UPnP security console unit 120 generates a session key encrypted using the public key, through the use of the obtained public key, algorithm, and protocol, and then sets security by transmitting the session key to the UPnP device security unit 112 of the DLNA device, thus enabling all actions conducted in the device to be secure.
  • the virtual DMS unit 111 of the DNLA device 11, installed in the home can be remotely accessed using the mobile device 12 for which port mapping and security setup have been completed, as described above. Further, media content included in various home network household appliances connected to the virtual DMS unit 111 can be shared and utilized.
  • the restriction of the conventional UPnP and DLNA device which is that media transmission service is limited to a home, can be overcome so that service can be extended to and used through an external network, so that interworking between a mobile device and home network devices, which is currently and generally used, can be more conveniently realized thanks to the extension of the network, thus enabling interworking service between a home network and a broadband network to be performed.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour commander à distance des dispositifs domotiques depuis l'extérieur d'une habitation. Selon l'invention, un dispositif de passerelle indépendant, comprenant un serveur multimédia numérique virtuel (VDMS), un dispositif de passerelle Internet (IGD) UPnP et une unité de sécurité du dispositif, peut être ajouté à un réseau domestique. Dans une variante, un serveur VDMS et une unité de sécurité du dispositif peuvent être installés dans un dispositif conforme à l'alliance DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance), tel qu'un serveur numérique, et uniquement un dispositif IGD UPnP peut être installé au moyen d'un dispositif de passerelle. Ainsi, un utilisateur situé à l'extérieur d'une habitation peut accéder à distance à des appareils électroménagers, installés dans l'habitation, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif mobile et peut transmettre en continu des données. En conséquence, un service de transmission multimédia limité à l'intérieur d'une habitation, ce qui correspond à la limitation des dispositifs UPnP et DLNA existants, peut être étendu et utilisé par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau extérieur. En outre, un interfonctionnement entre un dispositif mobile et un réseau domestique, couramment utilisé aujourd'hui, peut être mis en oeuvre de manière plus pratique grâce à cette extension, ce qui permet de fournir des services reposant sur un interfonctionnement entre un réseau domestique et un réseau à large bande.
