Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif à aimants permanents (10) à performances électriques améliorées. Le dispositif (10) selon l'invention comprend un ensemble stator cylindrique (12) présentant une pluralité d'ensembles pôles de stator (92), ainsi qu'un ensemble rotor cylindrique (14) présentant une pluralité d'ensembles pôles de rotor (20). Chaque ensemble pôle de stator (92) comprend une bobine de fil (102) et un empilement feuilleté (98) de segments de stator alignés axialement (100). Chacun des segments de stator (100) présente une partie montant central (106) qui est en prise détachable avec une partie fer arrière (104). Chaque ensemble pôle de rotor (20) comprend un empilement feuilleté (28) de segments de rotor alignés axialement (30) sur lequel est fixé un aimant permanent (32). Les ensembles pôles de stator (92) sont de préférence fixés à une plaque de base (26) au moyen de tiges de fixation (74) et l'ensemble stator (12) comprend des empilements (156) de parties fer arrière (104), chaque empilement (156) étant positionné de manière à être adjacents à deux ensembles pôles de stator (92). Les ensembles pôles de rotor (20) sont de préférence fixés à une plaque de rotor (24) au moyen de tiges de fixation (74) et les butées de retenue d'aimant (66, 68) définies par les segments de rotor empilés (28, 84) soutiennent l'aimant permanent (32) par frottement. Idéalement, on utilise le dispositif (10) selon l'invention comme alternateur à aimants permanents fonctionnant à vitesse faible de l'arbre.
