[14] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[15] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a hot water circulating-type mat according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention in which it is partly cut so as to show an inner structure. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of line II-II of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view of a noiseless boiler connected to a hot water circulating pipe embedded in a hot water circulating-type mat according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
[16] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a hot water circulating type mat 1 includes a frame 5, a plurality of magnets 10 arranged in a predetermined pattern, a magnet fixing member 15 for fixing the plurality of magnets in the predetermined pattern inside of the frame 5, and a thermal insulating member 20 for protecting the magnets 10 from being directly exposed to the heat.
[17] The hot water circulating-type mat 1 includes a hot water circulating pipe 25 arranged in a predetermined on the thermal insulating member 20. The hot water circulating pipe 25 is covered by an illite layer 30 and a mineral material plate 35. The the mineral material plate 35 are formed with a granite porphyry or jade emitting a large amount of far infrared rays and heated by the hot water of the hot water circulating pipe 25.
[18] The frame 5 may be made of a wood or plastic in a rectangular shape and has a bottom plate 2 integrally combined to a bottom portion thereof.
[19] The magnet fixing member 15 are provided with a predetermined space on the bottom plate.
[20] The magnet fixing member 15 is given as an iron bar having enough a thickness to safely fix the plurality of magnets 10 thereon and is fixed at both sides on the frame.
[21] The magnet 10 is divided into two parts, for example, north magnetic pole and south magnets. ic pole.
[22] The magnet 10 may be formed in a rectangular shape or a circular shape. The orientation of the north magnetic poles and the south magnetic poles may not be limited, may be randomly arranged so to provide the same function and effects.
[23] The magnet 10 is rigidly attached to the magnet fixing member 15 by means of a strong magnetic force of between the magnet 10 and the magnet fixing member 15 without additional joining member.
[24] The magnet 10 is divested of a magnetic force when the magnet 10 is heated at a temperate of about 550 degree. Accordingly, the magnet 10 is to be covered by the thermal insulating member 20 to be prevented from the inflow of the heat.
[25] It is preferable that the thermal insulting member 20 may emit a healthful material as well as it may insult the thermal to be transmitted to the magnet 10. In this embodiment, the thermal insulting member 20 may be formed by a charcoal crushed by a predetermined size.
[26] The crushed charcoal may emit a more large amount of far infrared ray and negative ions due to an increase of surface area as well as may prevent the magnet 10 from being divested of the magnetic force insulting a thermal.
[27] The hot water circulating pipe 25 is arranged meanderingly on the thermal insulating member 20. Accordingly, it may more effectively transfer a heat due to an increase of a surface area and it may have a reduced diameter so as to provide the same heat. The hot water circulating pipe 25 may have two parts, for example, a upper hot water circulating pipe 25a and a lower hot water circulating pipe 25b connected with a boiler 50 in the one middle of the frame along a longer side of the frame so that the hot water may be rapidly circulated in the entire of the heating plate. The hot water circulating pipe 25 may have an solenoid vale 51 for switching the upper and lower hot water circulating pipes 25a and 25b in the other middle of the frame such that a path of the hot water may be selectively opened and closed and thus the illite layer 30 and the mineral material plate 35 may be locally and selectively heated. When a user sits and the hot water is circulated though the lower hot water circulating pipe 25b, the user may use a fomentation of knee or the small of back.
[28] The hot water circulating pipe 25 may preferably be made of a copper pipe or silicon hose. The copper pipe or silicon hose has a good thermal transmission rate and durability. The hot water circulating pipe 25 may be selectively connected to a boiler 50 such that the boiler circulates a hot water therethrough and heats the illite layer 30 and an mineral material plate 35. The boiler 50 may be driven by a micro-circulating pump so that it has no noise. Also, the boiler 50 may be driven by a pressure and a volume increase so that it may consume a small amount of water.
[29] The illite layer 30 may be formed by applying natural ores crushed in a predetermined size by a predetermined thickness. The thickness may be 3 to 5 cm. it is because the thickness can effectively provide a thermal to the mineral material plate 35.
[30] The mineral material plate 35 may be integrally formed with ores such as a ores such as a granite porphyry or jade emitting a large amount of far infrared rays. The thickness may be 3 to 5 cm. because the thickness can effectively provide a thermal to the mineral material plate 35.
[31] The ores of the illite layer 30 and the mineral material plate 35 may emit a far infrared ray and negative ions when the ores are heated by a predetermined temperature, for example, under 550 degree.
[32] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the mat may not have an electric heating line so that it may not emit an electromagnetic wave. The electromagnetic wave has well been known as a harmful. The boiler has a small size and a small noise; the boiler 50 can be moved such that it is driven by means of small and powerful motor and convention by means of applying of a high pressure.
[33] The circulated hot water may heat the illite layer 30 and the mineral material plate 35 upto a predetermined temperature .
[34] The heated illite layer 30 and mineral material plate 35 increase a temperature of human body and the heated temperature of human body may effectively inflow the magnetic force of the magnet to the human body.
[35] The inflow of the magnetic force may prompt a circulation of blood and a discharge of a waste material.
[36] It is because that when the body temperature is increased by a predetermined temperature, the inflow of the magnetic force into the body is effectively performed. The relation of the temperature and the magnetic force is well known.
[37] The thermal generated by the hot water circulating pipe 25 may be insulted by the thermal insulting member 20 of the charcoal so that the magnet 10 under the thermal insulting member 20 may not be affected by the thermal.
[38] While the hot water is circulated though the hot water circulating pipe 25 and accordingly, the hot water heats the illite layer 30 and the mineral material plate 35 to increase a temperature of a body laid itself down thereon over a predetermined temperature, the magnet 10 effects magnetic force on the heated body thereby activating a blood circulation of a human body and preventing various diseases from occurring. Industrial Applicability
[39] As described above, according to an exemplary embodiment of present invention, the mat is provided with a heating plate heated by a hot water supplied from a boiler connected to a hot water circulating pipe arranged therein so that the magnetic force effectively effects on the heated body thereby melting cholesterol of on the blood vessel and from the plurality of magnets effectively effects on the heated body thereby activating a blood circulation of a human body.
[40] While this invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
