Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a washer, for example a washing machine, a dishwasher or in general an electrical appliance for washing.
  • the present invention also relates to a method for programming a washer.
  • Washers of this type are normally used for cleaning various articles: clothes, bed sheets, household linen, etc., in the case of washing machines; dishes, pans, cutlery, etc., in the case of dishwashers.
  • Such washers are now widespread not only in businesses such as laundries (in the case of washing machines) or restaurants (in the case of dishwashers) , but also in most people's homes.

  • Another important advantage is that, before a wash, the user does not have to correctly set the degree of performance for the selected program: this action has already been performed by the user at the end of the last wash in which that program was selected and after judging whether or not the degree of cleanness achieved was sufficient . The user does not have to make the effort to remember, for each washing program, the settings of the last wash, nor does he have to make the effort to remember whether or not the washing performance in the last wash was satisfactory.
