Description

TOUCH SENSITIVE KEYS
1 - Technical Field of the Invention
The following descriptive report to the present patent of invention application refers to the development of an electronic circuit fed by the positive or negative pole of a source of energy of continuous current (battery, generator, transformer, etc) while the other pole feeds the object that might be the car lights, start engine, blinkers, etc, and from this circuit there is a cable connected to a metallic or metalized button that is used as human touch sensitive key, promoting the caption of the body electro-magnetic vibration and transferring this energy in a command, transforming in current that closes the electric circuit needed to turn on/off the object.
2 - Discussion
It is known, quantified and indisputably that all living organisms are oscillators and also create patters for species of living beings, through the frequencies that emanate from cellular level. The Kirlian Photograph mensurates the skin electric conductivity by the RCG (Cutaneous Galvanic Answer) and fields of electromagnetic energy. The human body vibrates, and each person has its vibration frequency, nonetheless all human beings have a vibration wave pattern, harmonic, related and the base of these relations are the vibration genetic patterns and codified in our molecular structure that characterize ourselves.
Each human atom and molecule has a characteristic frequency, on which either absorb or emanate radiation. Biochemists agree that, at molecular reality level, our bodies are atomic vibration particle systems.
All the processes that occur in our active organism muscles are organized as vibration; chemistry processes, energetic, dielectric and structural, all follow regularity patters imposed by vibration.
Thus, the human body is an electromagnetic system.
It is know, generically, that a healthy person emanates a radiation of 6.500 angstrom units, and that this frequency decreases and has related patterns with the most diversified diseases, although still are fit inside the human vibration wave patterns. The melanin, molecule that organizes the living beings that also serve to bring the pigment to the skin, is a known electric semiconductor.
The human bodies are living bio-oscillators - vibration transformers. The earth has and emanates electric vibration currents shared by all of us. All have a harmonic relation similar among themselves, the base of these relations are programmed vibration genetic patters and codified in our molecular structure.
3 - State of the technique
Soft keys or touch sensitive keys are employed in several kinds of equipments, engines and electronic system.
Belongs to the art a small touch set-in-motion key (Alps Electric), that it turn-it-on at the first touch and turn-it-off at the second one. The difference is that this key is totally silent. There are no "clicks" to turn-it-on neither to turn-it-off. In order to build this silent key, the company developed a mechatronic apparatus that consists in an eccentric ratchet and a sliding convex piece that effectively acts as a switch. A spring works as an absorber preventing that the sliding plate makes the ^clicking sound" of the key. Besides, the ratchet dents are smooth and soft, making that with their movement is smooth, noiseless and no scratching feeling that is observed on regular keys.
In searches performed in the state-of-the-art in the field of the invention, particularly referring to classes, G05G 1/04, G06F 3/023, H04N 7/00, H04N 7/173 e H04R 1/02, it was found several documents that mention the employment of touch sensitive keys.
A touch sensitive keyboard is foreseen in the Model of Utility 8.202.522 (Brazil), that the keys only have attributed values and shown in the exact moment that they are effectively used; keyboard constructed by the grouping of elements: variable key of the device display, which function is to identify the key, withholding the structure that contains in its interior the reproduction apparatus that shows the image to be portrayed by the transparent disposed in blades garnishment placed in the upper part of the structure 1; referred key, that also might be a device display of the variable key, in case it can be moved as a common key or this key might be associated to its correspondent device or a device which transparent disposed in blades garnishment is also sensitive to the touch of a finger.
It is foreseen in the Patent of Invention 0.008.726 (Brazil) an electronic apparatus with loudspeaker, where said loudspeaker has a member of the wave panel of distortion, with a surface accessible to the user, an electro-acoustic vibration exciter in the member of the panel to introduce the energy of the distortion wave inside the member of the panel in response to an electronic sign applied to the same and at least one area sensitive to the touch with or at the mentioned accessible surface to the user and responsive to the touch of the user.
Using a command key to the disposition of the user, at least one piezoelectric element that, through a command key is sensitive to any pressure, or slight touch, over it, and that, to its connection to an electric system, is disposed in sandwich, between an upper electrode, from which it is solidary, and a lower electrode, solidary to any support. According to the patent, to the retention of the piezoelectric element against the lower electrode support, the upper electrode is subject to this support, for at least a point of fixation. This Patent of Invention 9.702.599 has application, especially, to the command of several apparatus, such as switches, commuters, variators or keyboards.
A touch sensitive screen to the use of remote control, where the methods of configuration and to produce a remote control and readable physic mean by computer to be used in remote control, are shown in Patent of Invention 0.211.624 (Brazil) and presented simultaneously with the method of set control keys to specific device. Particularly, a remote control that holds a set of hard keys that consist in group of channel keys and volume channel keys and a softer key set activated through a screen video touch sensitive. The video screen identifies the device that the group of volume keys is configured to control. We select the device currently controlled by the group of channel keys, e.g. - pressing the device indicator on the screen video, starts a configuration option that exhibits the several device that might be controlled by the group of channel keys. Selecting one of the several devices allocates the group of channel keys in that device.
It is also known touch sensitive buttons in the dryer equipment Nordson Spectronic 3, manufactured by Nordson UV Ltd, and in the surface wireless microphone MX692 with touch programmable keys, to applications in stock exchange rooms.
Nonetheless, all these applications work with touch sensitive screens or piezoelectric effect keys. Taking in consideration what was said before, there are no touch sensitive keys to any equipment, apparatus, etc.
4 - INVENTION SUMMARY
Thus, due to the pertinent consideration to the state of the art explained before it is one of the objectives of the present application of this invention, the development of touch sensitive keys, particularly seizing the body electro-magnetic vibrations and transferring to a command, that performs the transformation of these vibrations in electric current closing the necessary electric circuit to set in motion any device.
The same circuit fed by battery or continuous current battery linked to metallic buttons or plastic metalized, when touched are able to close the electric circuit, setting in motion a infra-red, or ultrasound that serves to command the TV, DVD, sound equipment, car door, garage door, etc.
Based then that the human body is an electromagnetic system, a electronic circuit was developed in which entrance there is a very high impedance, so high that the circuit can feel the energy emanated by the vibrations of the human body. A set of electronic filters were also used in a way to select the caption of the human pattern of electromagnetic vibration, avoiding that the circuit is set in motion by vibrations or radiations other than non human.
When this energy is captioned and filtered, it is conducted to the human body energy amplifiers, through the use of electronic elements existing in the market, following to this conversion of electric current energy, now in several levels of manipulation easy to control and use.
With this electric energy available, it was developed another circuit to store, this one with enough information memory to control a relay that is aimed to close the potency circuit need to set in motion any device fed by continuous current.
Thus, the entrance of the electronic circuit, of very high impedance feels and filters the electromagnetic energy emanated by the human body, going through in sequence to the current amplification phase e secondly the storage of the same, to be used in setting in motion the potency drivers setting in motion one or more relays.
The impedance as well as the filters can be programmed to feel and filter the frequencies other than non human, becoming more accessible to the circuit, enabling thus to capture the human energy, even without the physical contact with the circuit. Logically, within certain delimitations and still considering the circuit, in such a way, as being serving as an antennae, being set in motion, without willing, by very ample frequencies, up to the level of cellular phones, microwave ovens and other, what is not fit. Therefore, the most appropriate circuit is constituted by in choosing the human frequencies, as regulators of sensibility to the touch or at a few millimeters from the touch, according to the need, safety and applicability.
Therefore it is not possible sending an order from distance, limiting the functioning only to the response to the human touch, function that is accomplished mainly by the entrance filters.
