Description
ABDOMINAL MUSCLES EXERCISE CHAIR
[Technical Field]
This invention concerns an abdominal muscles exercise chair and, more specifically speaking, concerns an abdominal muscles exercise chair to strengthen user' s abdominal muscles, improve bloodstream due to finger pressure on the abdomen and dissolve fats by pressing user' s abdominal muscles at constant pressure all the time via a abdominal belt even though users are in action sitting on a chair using a hydraulic cylinder or step motor.
[Background Art]
Generally, abdominal muscles exercise equipment is fabricated based on a function to aid the way users bend and stretch their waist in a lying position. Such exercise methods as mentioned above accompanied inconvenience of time and spatial restrictions that users could exercise only at a place with apparatuses and should spare time to exercise separately, and frequently caused waist pains so as to be difficult to be adopted as a constant exercise method. A belly belt is being proposed as one to be used when being unable to use such abdominal muscles exercise apparatuses as mentioned above, but the above belly belt contains a risk to damage backbones by pressing backbones, is convenient to wear only with waists stretched because users wear it with their waist stretched, and causes inconvenience to users because oppression status of waists varies according to the increase of waist' s volume with waists bent or in a sitting condition.
[Detailed Explanation of the Invention]
Technical Assignments
So this invention was contrived by taking into consideration various problems in existing technologies as above, aiming at providing an abdominal muscles exercise chair to strengthen users' abdominal muscles, improve bloodstream owing to finger pressure on the abdomen and dissolve fats by pressing users' abdominal muscles with constant pressure all the time via a belly belt, even though users are in action sitting on a chair, using a hydraulic cylinder or step motor.
Technical Solution Methods
In order to achieve the above purposes, this invention provides an abdominal
muscles exercise chair characterized by consisting of a box part fixed to the back frame of a chair on which users can sit, a drive part operated by receiving power inside of the above box part, a belt part whose both ends are connected with the above drive part and whose front is located in front of the back of a chair so that both ends may be wound by the operation of the above drive part, a control box to operate the drive part by outputting a drive signal to wind the above belt part, a pressure sensor to output a tension signal by measuring the tension in the belt part wound according to an output signal from the above control box, and a control part to output a signal operating the drive part forward or backward by receiving a drive signal for the value set in the above control box and to operate or stop the drive part forward or backward by a signal from a pressure sensor outputted according to the setting value in the control box.
Favorable Effects
The key to success or failure of abdominal muscles exercise lies in the strengthening of transverse abdominal muscles. Transverse abdominal muscles have a feature of being hardly well developed by exercises such as general apparatus exercise, aerobic exercise, etc. to induce a method of simply folding and unfolding waists, because they are muscles of transverse structure. This invention induces a muscular strength exercise of transverse abdominal muscles resisting the applied pressure by applying direct pressure to the transverse abdominal muscles, so as to be able to bring about direct exercise of transverse abdominal muscles.

[Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention]
Desirable execution examples of this invention can be explained specifically by referring to the attached drawings. The attached drawing 1 is an oblique view to show an abdominal muscles exercise chair pursuant to this invention, drawing 2 is a side view of an abdominal muscles exercise chair pursuant to this invention, drawing 3 is an oblique view to show the belt connection part of an abdominal muscles exercise chair pursuant to this invention, drawing 4 is an oblique view of another execution example to show the belt connection part of an abdominal muscles exercise chair pursuant to this invention, drawing 5 is a development view to show the belt of an abdominal muscles exercise chair pursuant to this invention, and drawing 6 is a front view to show the control part of an abdominal muscles exercise chair pursuant to this invention. As illustrated in these, an abdominal muscles exercise chair of this invention forms a box part(lθ) fixed to the back(12) of a chair(l l) on which users can sit. Such a box part(lθ) can be fixed with bolts to enable attachment/detachment, and can be inserted and fixed in a binder type by forming an insertion box into which the box part(lθ) may be inserted.
A drive part(20) to perform operation by receiving power is formed inside of a box part (10) formed like above, and a belt part(30) is formed so that both ends may be wound by the operation of the above drive part(20). The belt part(30) like this is fixed so that both ends may be connected with the above drive part(20) and its front may be located in front of the back(12) of the chair(ll). The belt part(30) like above forms a vibration pad(33) and a exothermic pad(34) whose front is made of magnetized iron(32) as illustrated in Drawing 5 and whose both ends form hook rings(31). A control box(40) is formed which makes a drive signal outputted to wind the above belt part(30) formed like this.
The above control box(40) operates a vibration pad(33) and exothermic pad(34) in the belt part(30) as well as a drive signal from the drive part(20) and can set the length of the belt part(30) wound or drawn on the drive part(20). A pressure sensor(50) is formed which outputs a tension signal by measuring tension of the belt part(30) wound according to an output signal for the setting value of the above control box(40), and a control part(60) is formed which outputs a drive signal for the setting value of the above control box(40) and a drive signal for the vibration pad(33) and exothermic pad(34) in the drive part(20). The above control part(60) like this outputs a signal to operate the drive part(20) forward or backward according to the setting value of a control box(40), and operates or stops the drive part(20) forward or backward via a signal from the pressure sensor (50) outputted according to the setting value of the control box(40). Such a drive part(20) is made of a hydraulic cylinder(21) as illustrated in Drawing 3 or a step motor(22) as illustrated in Drawing 4.
As illustrated in Drawing 3, a hook projection(23) is formed in the side of the end part of a hydraulic cylinder(21) in the above drive part(20), and a hook ring(31) is formed on both ends of the belt part(30), being hooked and fixed on the hook projection(23).
Besides, a cutout groove(25) is formed at the end of the motor shaft(24) of the step motor(22) in the above drive part(20) as illustrated in Drawing 4, and a hook ring(31) is formed on both ends of the above belt part(30) so that the end of the belt part(30) may be wound with the end of the belt part(30) inserted. The action and effects of this invention composed like above can be explained as follows.
Firstly, users sit on the chair, apply power, and then set pressure applied to users' waist, temperature of the exothermic pad(34) and vibration intensity of the vibration pad(33) through the control box(40).
The control part(60) sets pressure quantity of the pressure sensor(50) via the value set in the control box(40) like above.
Besides, abdominal muscles are strengthened by pressing user' s waist with constant pressure while winding a belt part(30) by operating the drive part(20) via an output signal from the control part(60).
At this time, when pressure applied to the belt part(30) is increased by users bending or moving their waist, pressure is measured by the pressure sensor(50), the drive part (20) is operated by the control part(60), and then the belt part(30) is released. Accordingly, it is possible to strength abdominal muscles by pressing them with constant pressure.
[A Type for Executing the Invention]
Besides, this is composed so that abdominal muscles may receive exercise stimuli via the vibration of the vibration pad(33), composed so that the belt part(30) may execute an continuous action of winding and unwinding by operating the drive part(20) via an output signal from the control part(60), and composed so that abdominal muscles may receive exercise stimuli via the motion of the belt part itself.
