Description

Description VINYL GLOVE WITH LINING PERFORATED
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a vinyl glove.
[2] Since a typical disposable vinyl glove has only an outer cover without a lining, the user's skin contacts directly with the vinyl glove. Therefore, user's hands can become sticky when the vinyl glove is soaked with sweat. In addition, air cannot circulate in the vinyl glove, so a user frequently feels trapped and muggy. Accordingly, the present invention is suggested in order to prevent the inside of the vinyl glove from being damp caused by sweat and moisture. Background Art
[3] When a user works with a conventional disposable vinyl glove having only an outer cover without a lining, the vinyl glove becomes damp due to the user's temperature and skin respiration. In addition, user's sweat sticks to the inside of the vinyl glove, so the user feels displeasure. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[4] Homemakers cook food in a kitchen using a typical disposable vinyl glove. If the homemakers continuously handle food with the vinyl glove, moisture and sweat in the vinyl glove makes contact with the homemakers skin, so the homemakers skin may be subject to contact dermatitis or skin disease. Accordingly, the food being cooked may be exposed to unsanitary conditions. Technical Solution
[5] In order to solve the problem, a device is installed in the vinyl glove so as to preven t the sweat-soaked vinyl glove from making direct contact with the user's skin, as much as possible, and to bring fresh air into the vinyl glove in order to circulate the air in the vinyl glove. In detail, a vinyl film is additionally attached to the vinyl glove to generate air flow, that is, fresh air in the vinyl glove, and a plurality of breathing holes are formed in the vinyl film. Accordingly, the present invention suggests a vinyl glove, in which a lining is additionally provided in the vinyl glove in order to provide the vinyl film and breathing holes in the vinyl glove.
Advantageous Effects
[6] When a user cooks with a vinyl glove including a lining having breathing holes according to the present invention, air is introduced into the vinyl glove through the breathing holes of the lining, and then circulated between the outer cover and the lining, or through a wrist opening part whenever the user clenches and expands the user's hands. Accordingly, even if the user wears the vinyl glove, the inside of the vinyl glove is prevented from becoming damp with moisture and sweat so that the user has superior wearing comfort.
[7] In addition, since the wrist opening part of the lining protrudes and is exposed longer than the wrist opening part of the outer cover, a user can easily find the opening of the vinyl glove so that the user can conveniently put their hand into the vinyl glove. Further, the protruding lining allows the user to pull the vinyl glove which has been loosened. In addition, since the vinyl glove has double layers, the vinyl glove has superior durability and provides superior tactility to the user.
[8] In addition, different from the prior art, the lining can be formed with various color designs and advertisement drafts can be printed on the lining. Further, the lining can be coated with an anti-bacterial agent and an anti-eczema agent. Accordingly, a functional vinyl glove can be fabricated, so that it is possible to obtain additional effects. Brief Description of the Drawings
[9] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the whole structure of a vinyl glove including transparent vinyl according to a first embodiment of the present invention;
[10] FIG. 2 is a view showing arrangement and various shapes of a lining of a vinyl glove according to a first embodiment of the present invention; and
[11] FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a vinyl glove having the structure in which the lining of the vinyl glove has a single layer, and the wrist opening part of the lining and an outer cover are straightly cut according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[12] A vinyl glove having breathing holes according to the present invention includes an outer cover of the vinyl glove (hereinafter, referred to as "an outer cover") and a lined vinyl glove (hereinafter, referred to as "a lining") having breathing holes.
[13] In the present invention, the term "vinyl" is not a specific chemical term, but generally refers to synthetic resin films. That is, the term "vinyl refers to synthetic resin films, poly-ethylene films etc., having no vinyl radical and representing transparent and light transmittance characteristics similarly to those of "vinyl" of vinyl products, such as a vinyl bag and a vinyl house available from markets as well as vinyl resin having a vinyl radical.
[14] Hereinafter, a vinyl glove including a lining with breathing holes will be described with reference to accompanying drawings. The lining of the vinyl glove may have a double layer structure or a single layer structure.
[15] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the whole structure of the vinyl glove including the lining with breathing holes according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
[16] A vinyl material of a disposal vinyl glove, which is widely used, includes ethylene polymer used for a packing vinyl bag. The ethylene polymer is mainly classified into low-density polyethylene (LDPE) having a specific gravity in the range of 0.91 to 0.93, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE)having a specific gravity in the range of 0.94 to 0.96.
[17] An outer cover 10 according to the present invention includes low-density polyethylene (LDPE), which has a specific gravity in the range of 0.91 to 0.93, similar to that of a typical disposal vinyl glove. A low-density polyethylene product is fabricated by performing radical polymerization with respect to ethylene under the high temperature. The low-density polyethylene has a low crystallization degree, so the low-density polyethylene represents superior elasticity. Accordingly, the low-density polyethylene is rarely torn and represents soft, glittering and transparent characteristics. For this reason, the low-density polyethylene is mainly employed as a material for vinyl packages, vinyl bags, or vinyl houses. The outer cover 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a transparent outer cover.
[18] In contrast, although a lining 20, which is a feature of the present invention, can be obtained by using low-density polyethylene similar to that of the outer cover 10, it is preferred to fabricate the lining 20 using high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which has a specific gravity in the range of 0.94 to 0.96 and represents rigid and rustling characteristics, to ensure the space between the user's skin and the outer cover and to enable ventilation. Since the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) product is fabricated using a catalyzer, plasticity is increased, so elasticity is reduced. However, the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) product is strong and rigid, so that the space between the user's skin and the vinyl glove is maintained so as to easily ventilate the vinyl glove. In addition, since the lining 20 makes contact with the user's skin, it is preferred that the lining 20 includes paper or non- woven fabric coated with a lining vinyl film in order to allow the vinyl glove to easily absorb sweat and moisture and to softly make contact with the user's skin.
[19] Differently from the conventional vinyl glove, the lining 20 having breathing holes may be printed with colors, and various drafts, such as various advertisements, can be printed on the lining 20. In addition, the lining 20 may be coated with anti-bacterial and anti-eczema agents, so that a functional vinyl glove can be obtained.
[20] According to the present invention, the lining 20 having the breathing holes 21 is additionally attached to the inside of the outer cover 10. In this case, the lining 20 includes a high-density polyethylene film formed with perforated holes. The lining 20 has at least one breathing hole perforated to ventilate air between the lining 20 and the outer cover 10 and to keep moisture and sweat at the outer cover 10, as much as possible. The breathing holes are previously formed by mechanically punching the lining 20. The breathing holes may have a diameter of about lmm that corresponds to a size of a needle hole, or have a diameter of about 2mm to 3mm.
[21] FIG. 2 is a view showing various shapes of the breathing holes 21 of the lining 20.
[22] The breathing holes 21 of the lining may have a circle shape having a diameter in the range of lmm to 3mm. In addition, the breathing holes 21 may have a polygonal shape, such as a triangular shape, rectangular shape, etc., or an oval shape. Further, the breathing holes 21 may have a cross shape (+) formed by a sword cut or an asterisk shape (*). Accordingly, a lining having the breathing holes identical to the breathing holes of the present invention will be within the scope of the present invention regardless of the shape thereof.
[23] As described above, the vinyl glove includes an outer cover and a lining having breathing holes. In order to couple the outer cover 10 with the lining 20, the lining 20 having breathing holes and a double layer structure is disposed between the outer cover 10 and the outer cover 10, and then the resultant structure is bonded along an outer contour of a finger part of the vinyl glove.
[24] In this case, the outer cover 10 and the lining 20 having breathing holes 21 included in the vinyl glove with breathing holes according to the present invention are bonded except for an opening of the vinyl glove. At this time, it is preferred that the wrist opening part 22 of the lining 20 protrudes and is exposed longer than a wrist opening part of the outer cover 10 such that a user conveniently wears and handles the vinyl glove.
[25] An exposed portion 23 formed by protruding the wrist opening part 22 of the lining
20 long than the wrist opening part of the outer cover 10 allows a user to easily find the wrist opening part 22 for putting a user's hand therein, so that the user conveniently wears the vinyl glove. In addition, if the user pulls only the lining 20 of the vinyl glove which has been loosened in use, the outer cover 10 can be pulled with the lining 20, so that the user can rightly wear the vinyl glove. Accordingly, the user can conveniently cool foods.
[26] In order to make the vinyl glove through the thermal pressing process, one bottom outer cover film is placed on a worktable, and then two lining films formed with breathing holes 21, in which the two lining films are prepared longer than the outer cover film by a length of 50mm, are overlapped with the one bottom outer cover film in such a manner that the wrist opening part 22 of the lining 20 protrudes beyond the wrist opening part of the outer cover 10.
[27] Next, one top outer cover film is disposed on the two lining films such that the top outer cover film meets the bottom outer cover film. Then, the resultant structure is thermally pressed along the outer contour of a finger part of the glove except for the wrist opening part 22, or high-frequency waves or laser beams are applied to the resultant structure so as to seam and cut the vinyl glove. Generally, when performing the thermal pressing process, or applying the high-frequency waves or laser beams, the resultant structure is automatically seamed and cut along the outer contour of the finger part of the glove.
[28] Hereinafter, details will be described relative to a vinyl glove having the structure in which the lining of the vinyl glove has a single layer, and the wrist opening part of a lining and an outer cover are straightly cut according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
[29] FIG. 3 shows the vinyl glove according to the second embodiment of the present invention. According to the second embodiment of the present invention, an outer cover and a lining having a single layer structure are unified. A bonding method according to the second embodiment of the present invention is similar to a method for fabricating the vinyl glove with the lining having the double layer structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention. According to the second embodiment of the present invention, the wrist opening part of a lining having a single layer structure is straightly cut together with the wrist opening part of an outer cover, so an opening of the vinyl glove, through which user hands are input, is divided into two parts. Accordingly, the user can easily find the opening of the vinyl glove. In addition, the user may put a user's hand in any one of the two parts of the opening of the vinyl glove, so that the user feels convenient. Although the user may put a user's hand in any one of the two parts of the opening, it is preferred that the palm of the user's hand is positioned at a rear part of the lining having the single layer structure so as to smoothly achieve the ventilation of air and user's work. In addition, the vinyl glove with the lining having the single layer structure has endurance superior to the conventional vinyl glove without a lining.
[30] The vinyl glove with the lining having the single layer structure according to the second embodiment of the present invention has effects according to the first embodiment of the present invention, in which an operation similar to an opened balloon action or a pumping operation is performed so that air is let out of the vinyl glove through breathing holes and the opening of the vinyl glove when a user clenches a user's hand, and air is blown into the vinyl glove through the opening of the vinyl glove when the user expands a user's hand.
[31] Accordingly, air is circulated through the breathing holes of the lining, thereby preventing the inside of the vinyl glove from being damp with moisture and sweat and making a user feel cool. Industrial Applicability [32] The outer cover 10 and the lining 20 formed with the breathing holes 21 in the vinyl glove according to the present invention are coupled to each other, except for the wrist opening parts of the outer cover 10 and the lining 20.
[33] The outer cover 10 and the lining 20 may be seamed along the outer contour of a finger part of the glove through various bonding methods, such as the thermal pressing process or the high-frequency wave or laser beam heat treatment, such that the bonded part 11 can be prevented from being released.
[34] The lining 20 of the vinyl glove, which has breathing holes 21, serves as a pumping device or an opened balloon, so that air comes out of the vinyl glove through breathing holes 21 and the wrist opening part 22 when a user clenches a user's hand, and air is blown into the vinyl glove through the wrist opening part 22 when the user expands the user's hand. Accordingly, air is circulated through the breathing holes of the lining 20, thereby preventing the inside of the vinyl glove from becoming damp with moisture and sweat and making a user feel cool.
