Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système et un procédé de gestion de l'utilisation d'un réseau par paquets par un abonné. Le système comporte au moins une base de données enregistrant les informations de performance du réseau sur les paquets de données dont les contenus en temps réel et en temps différé, transmis sur un réseau par paquets. La base de données peut en outre enregistrer les informations de performance du réseau associées aux abonnés d'une entreprise de télécommunications gérant le réseau de communication. Dans une exécution, la base de données comporte un symbole associé à chacun des abonnés, et les informations de performance du réseau sont recueillies pendant les communications par les abonnés concernés du réseau par paquets.
