Description

Description
THE SHAMPOO CHAIR SYSTEM INCORPORATED WITH ELECTRIC WATER HEATER
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a shampoo chair system integral with an electric water heater.
[2] In general, a shampoo chair used in a barber's shop and a beauty shop is constructed to use hot water, cold water, or mixed water supplied through a pipeline from a gas instant water heater installed at a wall body of a building or an electric water heating boiler installed at a separate place while spouting out the water through a shower device or a city water tap for switching the hot water and the cold water, which is installed at a washing earthenware of the shampoo chair.
[3] However, in the washing earthenware of the conventional shampoo chair, there have been inconveniences of separately installing a cold water pipeline and a hot water pipeline from the gas instant water heater installed at a wall body of the building or the electric water heating boiler installed at a separate place to the hot water supply pipe of the washing earthenware of the shampoo chair.
[4] In addition, when water is not supplied from a hot water tank installed at the gas instant water heater or the electric water heating boiler for supplying hot water to the shampoo chair due to urgent water supply stop or rupture of the frozen city water tap at the outside in winter, water stored in the hot water tank of the gas instant water heater or the electric water heating boiler, which is positioned above the general city water pipe, becomes to flow backward through the city water pipe ruptured due to difference of potential energy, so that the water stored in the hot water tank would be discharged, because a backward flow prevention valve was not installed at the mid of the city water pipe connected to the hot water tank.
[5] Accordingly, when the hot water is used at a state where water is not supplied to the hot water tank, the hot water tank may be overheated due to lack of water, or the heater is overheated to cause electric shortening.
[6] In addition, since the hot water tank is constructed that cold water is introduced and heated by a heater installed therein, when the hot water is flowed out urgently from the hot water tank, which is preheated and maintained to be above a constant temperature, cold water is entered as complementing water, so that the hot water tank is thermally expanded and contracted repeatedly. Therefore, a welding portion of the hot water tank is damaged or cracked due to concentration of large stress, resulting in the leakage of the water. [7] In this regard, since the hot water tank is manufactured of heat insulation material such as foamed urethane, it cannot be easily dismantled. Accordingly, the hot water tank should be replaced as a whole, thereby increasing the consumer's burden.
[8] For reference, as shown in FIG. 5, a valve built in the city water tap for changing the hot water with the cold water, which is installed at the shampoo earthenware, is a two-way valve, which comprises a valve assembly comprised of a conventional lower round plate 1 for distributing the cold and hot water, which is formed with a pea-bean type cold water inlet Ia at the lower left side, a pea-bean type hot water inlet Ib at the lower right side, and a cold and hot water outlet Ic at the upper side, and a conventional upper round plate 2 located closely in contact with the lower round plate 1 and formed with a tumbler type recess 2a.
[9] Then, opening and closing activities for supplying the cold and hot water, mixing the hot water and the cold water, and stopping the water supply can be performed by adjusting the upper round plate 2 with using a lever (not shown) provided at the conventional upper round plate 2 for distributing the cold and hot water in the upward and downward, and in the rightward and leftward directions.
[10] Thereafter, in the shampoo earthenware using the city water tap for changing the hot water with the cold water, which is comprised of the upper round plate and the lower round plate for distributing the cold and hot water, a hot water pipe extending from the hot water tank is connected to the hot water inlet opening Ia formed at the lower left side of the lower round plate 1 for distributing the cold and hot water, and a cold water pipe extending from the city water tap is connected to the cold water inlet opening Ib at the lower right side thereof, and water is discharged from the city water tap or the shower device connected to the cold and hot water outlet opening Ic formed at the upper side of the lower round plate.
[11] The activities of cold water supply, hot water supply, mixing of the hot water and the cold water, or stop of the supply of the water supply, and the like are performed depending on the positions where the tumbler type recess 2a of the upper round plate 2 for distributing the cold and hot water is closely contacted with the lower round plate 1 for distributing the cold and hot water.
[12] For reference, the position of the upper round plate 2 for distributing the cold and hot water closely contacted on the lower round plate 1 for distributing the cold and hot water, whose position is fixed, is maintained at a closely contacted and bilateral symmetric state before the operation of the lever.
[13] Accordingly, an upper head portion of the tumbler type recess 2a is only closely contacted with the position of the round cold and hot water outlet opening Ic to define the water supply stop.
[14] If the lever installed at the upper round plate 2 for distributing the cold and hot water is raised from a center position, the upper head portion of the tumbler type recess 2a of the upper round plate 2 for distributing the cold and hot water is aligned with a lower end of the cold and hot water outlet opening Ic of the lower round plate 1 for distributing the hot water and the cold water and an opening formed at respective inside lower end of the hot water inlet opening Ia and the cold water inlet opening Ib so that the cold water and the hot water are mixed and flowed in and distributed to the cold and hot water outlet opening Ic side.
[15] Moreover, when the lever installed at the upper round plate 2 for distributing the cold and hot water is raised and rotated to the left side, the upper head portion of the tumbler type recess 2a is aligned with the lower end of the cold and hot water outlet opening Ic and a lower body portion is aligned with a mid opening of the hot water inlet opening Ia, so that the hot water is only discharged through the city water tap or the tap of the shower device through the cold and hot water outlet opening Ic.
[16] Thus, the shampoo earthenware employing the city water tap for changing the cold and hot water should be provided with a cold water pipe connected to the city water pipe and a hot water pipe connected to the boiler hot water tank.
[17] Meanwhile, the shampoo earthenware is simultaneously provided with the city water tap for changing the hot water with the cold water and the shower device, so that the piping structure becomes complicated. Background Art
[18] As for a background art, there has been disclosed a Korean Utility Model Registration No. 358722 entitled "Pipeline structure of a shampoo system integral with an electric water heater", which was registered by the applicant, however, the disclosed shampoo system was constructed that the shampoo earthenware, which was provided with the shower device or the city water tap for changing the hot water with the cold water, was formed integrally with a comfortable chair type shampoo chair, by means of resin or FRP resin material.
[19] Meanwhile, the shampoo earthenware of the shampoo system is supported by an electric hot water tank. This means that the electric hot water tank assembled adjacent to a portion where the discharge pipe of the shampoo earthenware is installed, has been used as a support leg for thee shampoo system.
[20] However, the shampoo earthenware of the shampoo system for the barber's shop and the beauty shop has a disadvantage that the comfortable feeling cannot be achieved according to the physical condition of the user because the inclination angle formed between the backrest of the shampoo chair and the head-rest of the shampoo earthenware is fixed to be constant.
[21] Accordingly, when a pipe for distributing the cold and hot water or the city water tap for changing the hot water with the cold water, which are installed within the electric hot water tank provided adjacent to the lower side of the shampoo earthenware, or a cold and hot water pipe installed at the shower device, is to be installed or replaced for the repair, it was inconvenient because whole of the backrest of the shampoo chair should be dismantled. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[22] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve such conventional problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a shampoo chair system integral with the shampoo earthenware, which can be used with an integral type electric water heater as well as a separating type water heater, which can easily achieve the structure change into a different model in a main part unit, and can be provided to a device with a pipeline according to the present invention. Technical Solution
[23] To achieve the above object of the present invention, the shampoo chair system integral with the electric water heater of the present invention is characterized in that the complicated conventional piping for installing the cold and hot water pipeline indicated with respect to several kinds of shampoo chair system can be improved by a turnkey type piping device, in which a raw water pipe connected to the city water pipe is simply connected to the electric cold and hot water tank for facilitating the installation by the consumers themselves.
[24] In addition, the present invention improves a portion where an angle between the headrest of the shampoo earthenware and the backrest of the shampoo chair is not adjusted due to the engagement structure of shampoo earthenware and the electric hot water tank, which was used as a support leg for the shampoo earthenware of the shampoo chair used by being engaged with the shampoo earthenware.
Advantageous Effects
[25] Therefore, according to the conventional art of the present invention, while a hot water pipe extended from the hot water tank was connected to the hot water inlet opening Ia positioned at a lower left side of the lower round plate 1 for distributing the cold and hot water of the shampoo earthenware, and a cold water pipe extended from the city water pipe was connected to the cold water inlet opening Ic positioned at a lower right side thereof, and the supplied hot water or the cold water was discharged from the city water tap or shower device after passing through the cold and hot water outlet opening Ic positioned at an upper side thereof, there occurred problems that over-pressure was produced in the hot water tank because the passage of the shower device connected to the cold and hot water outlet opening Ic was maintained to be closed to increase the pressure therein, and a welding portion of the electric hot water tank could be ruptured due to the stress caused by the concentration of the fatigue produced from the frequent introduction of the hot water and the cold water.
[26] However, the present invention is constructed to ensure stability by a piping device for maintaining the pressure in the electric hot water tank to be atmospheric pressure by using the shower device during the waiting period, and is constructed to be at a co mmunication structure, in which a pipe is opened to the shower device via the side pipe of a T-shaped pipe of the module for distributing the cold and hot water during the waiting period for using the hot water, and is directed to a shampoo chair system integral with the electric water heater which can prevent the occurrence of the frozen rupture of the pipeline by means of preheating of the module for distributing cold and hot water in winter through the continuous discharge of steam in the electric hot water tank to the outside, in which the electric hot water tank can be installed adjacent to the shampoo earthenware or the shampoo chair integrally. [64] Meanwhile, the electric hot water tank 30 is provided with a drain valve 30g at a dome-shaped bottom, and is formed with a cold water supply socket 6 and a hot water supply socket 7 at an upper portion of a dome with a check valve 60 assembled at the upper side, and which is received in an outer covering body 9 of the hot water tank, and a heat insulation layer 8 is formed by urethane, and a temperature controller 80 is installed at the outside of the outer covering body of the hot water tank.
[65] In addition, the shampoo chair 10 is manufactured by assembling an assembly chassis 10a of the shampoo chair provided with a bracket 13 for the assembly chassis of the shampoo chair by means of a bolt 17 of the shampoo chair at the middle height of the outer covering body 9 of the hot water tank.
[66] The piping device of the cold and hot water, which is installed at the inside of the upper cap 70 of the electric hot water tank assembled between the electric hot water tank 30 and the shampoo earthenware 20 is constructed that, as shown in the exploded assembly view (FIG. 3) of the distribution module for the cold and hot water and the shower device employed and partially taken in the shampoo chair system of the present invention, in the block diagram (FIG. 4) of the shampoo chair system of the present invention, and in the reference plane view (FIG. 6) showing a lower round plate for distributing cold and hot water and an upper round plate for distributing cold and hot water, which are employed to a distribution module for the cold and hot water used in the present invention, a distribution module 40 for the hot and cold water, which is installed at one side of the shampoo earthenware 20, is provided with a built-in valve assembly which is comprised of a lower round plate 3 for distributing cold and hot water, the lower round plate 3 being formed with a pea-bean shaped inlet opening 3 a at the lower side and pea-bean shaped outlet openings 3b, 3c at the upper right and left sides, and an upper round plate 4 for distributing cold and hot water , which is closely contacted and assembled to the lower round plate in such a fashion as to face each other and formed with a tumbler shaped recess 4a at the central portion thereof, and wherein a lever is installed at the upper side of the valve assembly.
[67] In addition, a raw water pipe 40a is introduced into the inlet opening 3a of the lower round plate 3 for distributing cold and hot water and a T-shaped pipe 40b is introduced into an outlet opening 3b at the upper left side thereof, and a shower device 50 is installed at the outside of the shampoo earthenware 20 by connected to a linear pipe portion of the T-shaped pipe 40b by using a hose at the inside of an upper cap 70 of the electric hot water tank, and a hot water discharge socket 7 of the electric hot water tank 30 is connected to a side pipe portion of the T-shaped pipe 40b with a piping window 70a of the upper cap 70 of the electric hot water tank by using a hose, and a hose of the water inlet opening 40c of the electric hot water tank is connected to an outlet opening 3c at the upper right side thereof so that a check valve 60 is installed at a cold water supply socket 6 of the electric hot water tank 30 with the piping window 70a thereby accomplishing the assembly of the piping. Mode for the Invention
[68] For reference, as the embodiments of the shampoo chair system integral with the electric water heater of the present invention, as shown in the reference perspective view (FIG. 7) showing another use state of the present invention, in which a pleated hume tube provided between an upper finish hoop and a lower finish hoop is installed as a support leg for the shampoo earthenware, and in the reference perspective view (FIG. 8) showing another use state of the present invention, in which a pleated hume pipe provided between a lower cap and an upper cap of the pipeline of an electric hot and cold water tank is installed as a support leg for the shampoo earthenware, when the electric hot water tank 30 is used with being separated from the shampoo earthenware 20 and the shampoo chair 10, it is possible to provide a low cost type shampoo chair system, because it is not required to use the electric hot water tank as a support leg for the shampoo earthenware. As a result, in the present embodiment, a pleated hume tube 90a is inserted between the upper finish hoop 30b of the hot water tank and the lower finish hoop 30c of the hot water tank assembled below the upper piping cap 70 of the electric hot water tank, instead of the electric hot water tank 30, as a support leg of the shampoo earthenware 30.
[69] Thus, the piping window 70a formed at the conventional upper piping cap 70 of the electric hot water tank is not used and closed because the pipeline of the electric hot water tank 30 is installed only at the shampoo earthenware side.
[70] Then, if a hume tube 90b having a smaller diameter than that of the hume tube 90a is to be installed as a support leg for the shampoo earthenware 20, the pleated hume tube 90b is inserted between a lower portion of the upper piping cap 70 of the electric hot water tank with the piping window 70a closed, and a flange protruded upward from the piping cap 70 of another electric hot water tank, and is used as a support leg for the shampoo earthenware. Industrial Applicability
[71] As described above, according to the shampoo chair system integral with the electric water heater of the present invention, it is possible to provide various and economic embodiments conforming to the shampoo chair system of the barber's shop and the beauty shop, in which the electric hot water tank is constructed as a separating type or an integral type.
[72] Meanwhile, the present invention has a wide use range because it can be used simply as a shampoo stand or a washstand without a shampoo chair at the barber's shop and the beauty shop in addition to a home, a private office, a public office, a hospital, and a school, and the like.
[73] In particular, there is no possibility of rupture of a welding portion due to stress caused from frequent flowing in and out of the cold and hot water and the expansion of the hot water tank due to over-pressure, because the pressure in the electric hot water tank is maintained to be communicated with the shower device, during the waiting period.
