Abstract
Constructive disposition in a chalice, described as the present Utility Model, refers to the constructive dispositions applied in a specific type of chalice used in religious ceremonies, whose constructive characteristics allow a more hygienic and appropriate use, and for such, it is basically made up of an element shaped into a single item, preferably in plastic material, with a base (1) from which a stem (2) is projected, over which there is a cup (3) with an upper opening (4), appropriate for receiving a lid (6) that, in turn, has an inviolable seal (7).
Description
CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN A CHALICE5 described as the present Utility Model, refers to the constructive dispositions applied in a specific type of chalice used in religious ceremonies, whose constructive characteristics allow a more hygienic and economic use. Field of Application:
The present utility model refers to a chalice, specifically used in religious ceremonies, in which a liquid is offered for the communion of the congregation. Therefore, the referred model can be classified as a package. State of the Technique:
As it is generally known, at a certain moment during the Christian religious ceremonies, the communion is preached between the congregation and their Lord.
This secular practice is symbolized by the distribution of bread and wine, which represents the flesh and blood of Jesus Christ to the congregation.
Presently, especially in evangelical churches, chalices are distributed to the congregation with a certain amount of grape juice for each of those present at the worship. According to such procedure, in all worship, the presbyters (auxiliary volunteers of the church) prepare the chalices, distributing the grape fruit in them.
However, this procedure is not appropriate enough as during its execution, the juice can be wasted, as well as it does not favor hygiene due to manual contact with the product before it reaches the final consumer.
This occurs because the chalice is carried open on a tray, that is, without a lid specific for chalices. This type of use can also cause waste of the juice in an eventual fall during the transfer of the tray to the congregation members. Objectives of the Model:
Considering the limitation of the use described above, the present model was developed, proposing chalice with a new constructive characteristic that eliminates all the aforementioned inconveniences.
Therefore, the main characteristic of the present model is the fact that it presents a chalice with a lid, that is, the chalices reach their final consumer (the congregation member during worship) without having manual contact, which guarantees the hygiene.
Another point to be highlighted is the fact that in an eventual accident, during handling of the chalice, waste of the juice does not occur because the lid prevents the involuntary outlet of juice from its inside.
Another point to be highlighted is related to economy because, as each chalice comes with a precise amount of juice, it avoids it from wasting during the filling up process of the chalices during the ceremony.
One more point to be highlighted is the fact that the chalice can be reused as they are collected back at the end of the ceremony and, for being plastic, they can still be disposable and recycled.
Therefore, for a better understanding of the model proposed herein, a detailed description of it is made below, making reference to the figures on the drawing sheets in annex, where: Figure 1 - Is a perspective view of the duly sealed model;
Figure 2 - Is the side cutaway view of the duly sealed model, and;
Figure 3 - Is the blown out perspective view, illustrating the components of the present model.
Therefore, the "CONSTRUCTIVE
DISPOSITION IN A CHALICE" is basically made up of an element shaped into a single item, preferably in plastic material, with a base (1), from which a stem (2) is projected, over which there is a cup having an upper opening (4).
The referred cup (3) has a type of thread (5) on its outer side edge, appropriate for receiving the lid (6) that, in turn, has a seal (7), which, in turn, ends in a ring (9).
Before mounting the lid (6), a certain amount of liquid is put inside the cup (3) and then the lid (6) is mounted sealing the set in an inviolable manner.
As can be noticed, after what was shown and illustrated, the "CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN A CHALICE" perfectly fits into the criteria that defines an Utility Model, as it combines and modifies already known elements in a new manner and in a disposition different from its components, being perfectly liable to industrial application.
Claims
1st) CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN A
CHALICE, characterized by being made up of an element shaped into a single item, with a base (1), from which a stem
(2) is projected, over which there is a cup
(3) having an upper opening
(4), being that the referred cup (3) has a thread
(5) on its outer side edge, appropriate for receiving a lid (6) that, in turn, has a seal (7); the thread (5) element ends at a projection (8) of greater diameter, which delimits the mounting area of the seal (7) that, in turn, ends in a ring (9), protecting a certain amount of liquid inside the cup (3) in an inviolable manner.
