Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un patient en chirurgie cosmétique par recours à un premier et un deuxième élément chirurgical tubulaire creux et à une suture destinée à être insérée par chirurgie en dessous de la peau du visage du patient. Le procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent à former une incision unique dans la peau du visage du patient en position adjacente à la zone de l'oreille, à enrouler sur le premier et le deuxième élément tubulaire creux une suture continue sur laquelle plusieurs sutures transversales mobiles sont disposées à intervalles, à insérer la pointe d'insertion avec la suture enroulée dans l'incision et en dessous de la peau du visage en direction de la commissure du patient dans la zone du nez, à enlever le deuxième élément tubulaire creux du premier élément tubulaire creux et de la zone du nez pour le faire sortir par l'incision unique tout en maintenant en position la suture et les différentes sutures transversales de telle sorte qu'elles soient placées dans le tissu du visage, à tirer la pointe proximale de la suture qui ressort de l'incision de manière à tirer les différentes sutures transversales dans le tissu facial, ce qui amène les sutures transversales à sortir de leur relation essentiellement parallèle par rapport à la suture pour se placer dans une position essentiellement perpendiculaire à la suture et engager et ancrer les sutures transversales dans le tissu du visage, et à tirer et nouer la suture dans la zone de l'incision, ce qui a pour effet de tirer plus étroitement le tissu du visage et la commissure faciale pour atténuer la commissure du visage dans la zone du nez.
