Description

[DESCRI PT ION]
[invention Title]
HAIR BRUSH FOR MIXING HAIR DYE LIQUID [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a hair brush, and more particularly, to a hair brush for mixing hair dye liquids that is capable of mixing first and second hair dyeing agents stored in first and second containers in a mixing part to discharge the mixture through one row of mixture-applying teeth of a brush part, such that the mixture can be uniformly applied on the hair while contacting with first and second rows of fine teeth located at a distance from the mixture- applying teeth and facing each other at both sides of the mixture-applying teeth, thereby achieving efficient hair- dyeing results.
[Background Art]
So as to have desired hair dyeing, generally, people dye or bleach their hair. At a time of hair-dyeing or hair- bleaching, two hair dyeing agents are needed. In this case, a first hair dyeing agent is first used, and a second hair dyeing agent is then used. Otherwise, the first and second hair dyeing agents are mixed in a vessel, and the' mixture is then used for the hair-dyeing.
According to the conventional practices, the tubes in which the first and second hair dyeing agents are stored are squeezed to discharge the respective hair dyeing agents therefrom, and then, the first and second hair dyeing agents are mixed and applied on the hair by using a comb or a brush.
By the way, in a case where the hair-dyeing or the hair-bleaching is done by mixing the first and second hair dyeing agents, there occur some disadvantages that the mixing process is complicated, the hair dyeing agents remaining in the vessel are useless after finishing the hair-dyeing or the hair-bleaching, and the hair dyeing agents in the tubes are discolored, thereby making it impossible to be kept for a long period of time. To solve these problems, thus, there is provided Korean Utility Model Registration No.289104 in which a hair brush for mixing a hair care cosmetic liquid and a hair dyeing liquid is introduced.
In the prior art as mentioned above, as shown in FIGS.l and 2, the hair brush has generally conical small holders lib formed integrally to a brush part 24 having an ejecting passageway 23 formed along the middle portion thereof and having a plurality of ejecting holes 22 formed on the ejecting passageway 23 in such a manner as to communicate correspondingly with the mixture-applying teeth 25, and coupled to two hair dyeing agent containers 13 along the outer periphery thereof in such a manner as to be fastened to nozzles 15a of the two hair dyeing agent containers 13, and a coupling member 14 disposed at the inside of the conical small holders lib and having a nozzle 15b insertedly coupled to the ejecting passageway 23 and a pushing button 16 fitted along the outer periphery of the nozzle 15b, such that as the pushing button 16 is depressed, the hair dye and the hair coating material are injected, the hair brush including: a receptacle 12 having a protrusion 17 formed at both sides of the upper outer periphery thereof and accommodating the two hair dyeing agent containers 13 therein; and a large holder 11a having a generally cone-like shape in such a manner as to be fixedly coupled integrally to the brush part 24 at the top portion thereof, the large holder 11a having locking members 18 formed at both sides of the lower outer periphery thereof in such a manner as to be fixedly coupled to the protrusions 17 of the receptacle 12. Further, the large holder 11a has a tube 29 formed therein, the tube 29 being connected at the both end portions thereof to the two cone-like small holders lib, the cone-like small holders lib being coupled to the nozzles 15a of the two hair dyeing agent containers 13.
The conventional hair brush for mixing the hair care cosmetic liquid and the hair dye liquid has an advantage of mixing the first and second hair dyeing agents, but since the two cylindrical hair dyeing agent containers are coupled at the lower portion of the large holder, between the two hair dyeing agent containers is formed an unnecessary space, thereby making the receptacle 12 undesirably bulky. Moreover, when the receptacle is held by a user, the two hair dyeing agent containers are twisted such that the hair dyeing agents are not gently discharged from the two hair dyeing agent containers .
In addition, as the first and second hair dyeing agents discharged from the nozzle are discharged linearly along the tube, the two hair dyeing agents are not uniformly mixed and remain at the inside of the tube. Further, the teeth from which the mixed hair dyeing agents are ejected have the different lengths from those disposed at both sides of the brush part and also have a round section, such that the contacted area of the hair dyeing agents with the hair is relatively small, which fails to achieve even hair-dyeing results. Moreover, the hair dyeing agents are not applied to the roots of the hair, thereby failing to achieve efficient hair-dyeing results. [Disclosure] [Technical Problem]
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hair brush for mixing hair dye liquids that has a hair dyeing agent-storing part having first and second hair dyeing agent containers having a curved surface formed along one side outer periphery thereof and having a contacted surface with each other formed on the other side surfaces thereof, thereby making it easy for the first and second hair dyeing agent containers to be held by a user' s hand, thereby also reducing their volume, and thereby increasing a capacity of storing first and second hair dyeing agents therein, that has a vortex-forming rib and a plurality of protrusions formed in a mixing part for uniformly mixing the first and second hair dyeing agents, and that has first and second rows of fine teeth disposed to face each other in such a manner as to be spaced apart from each other at both sides of one row of mixture-applying teeth, for uniformly applying the mixture of the first and second hair dyeing agents on the user's hair, thereby achieving efficient hair dyeing results. As a result, the first and second passageways 211 and 212 of the mixing part 200 are placed at the top portions of the nozzles 15a, such that the mixing part 200 is at a standby state for operation.
Next, an explanation of the operation process of the hair brush according to the present invention will be given. First, after the hair dyeing agent-storing part 100 is held by a user's hand, the brush part 24 is placed at the strands of hair to be dyed or bleached, and next, when the button 16 is depressed, the first and second passageways 211 and 212 of the mixing part 200 pressurize the nozzles 15a formed on the upper portions of the first and second containers 110 and 110' . Thus, the first and second hair dyeing agents stored in the first and second containers 110 and 110' are injected upwardly through the nozzles 15a by the generation of gas pressure and are then passed through the first and second passageways 211 and 212 of the mixing part 200 to move into the body 210.
The first and second hair dyeing agents moved into the body 210 are guided, as shown in FIG.7, through the vortex- forming rib 220 to form vortex thereof, and the vortex-formed first and second hair dyeing agents are moved to the mixture- storing groove 230. At this time, the first and second hair dyeing agents are uniformly mixed in the mixture-storing groove 230 and at the same time stored therein by a predetermined amount thereof.
The body 210 has the guide tube 240 formed at the top portion thereof, for gently ejecting the mixture of the first and second hair dyeing agents to the brush part 24, without any leaking therefrom. In more detail, the mixture stored in the mixture-storing groove 230 is ejected upwardly along the guide tube 240, and the mixture being ejected is mixed again through the four protrusions 241 radially projected inwardly from the inner peripheral surface of the guide tube 240 and then ejected through the ejecting passageway 23.
The mixture ejected through the ejecting passageway 23 is discharged to the ejecting holes 22 of one row of mixture- applying teeth 25 and is then spread to the first and second rows of fine teeth 300 and the hair. When the brush part 24 is moved to each position of the hair to be dyed so as to perform the hair-dyeing process, the mixture is applied from the roots of hair and the distal ends thereof because each of the first and second rows of fine teeth 300 has the same heights as each of the mixture-applying teeth 25.
Furthermore, the fine teeth 300 have large contacted areas with the hair, thereby enabling the mixture to be uniformly applied to the hair, which achieves efficient hair- dyeing results, [industrial Applicability]
As described above, there is provided a hair brush for mixing hair dye liquids that has the hair dyeing agent- storing part having the first and second hair dyeing agent containers having the curved surface along one side outer peripheral surfaces thereof and the contacted surface with each other along the other side surfaces thereof, thereby making it easy for the first and second hair dyeing agent containers to be held by a user' s hand, thereby also reducing their volume, and thereby increasing a capacity of storing first and second hair dyeing agents therein.
Additionally, the hair brush of the present invention has the vortex-forming rib formed in the mixing part for uniformly mixing the first and second hair dyeing agents supplied from the hair dyeing agent-storing part, and has the first and second rows of fine teeth disposed to face each other in such a manner as to be spaced apart from each other at both sides of one row of mixture-applying teeth, each of the fine teeth having a rectangular section, thereby having large contacted areas with the hair, which enabling the mixture to be uniformly applied to the hair, and further having the same heights as the mixture-applying teeth 25, thereby enabling the mixture to be applied from the roots of hair and the distal ends thereof, which achieves efficient hair-dyeing results.
