- a porous roller 100 has a structure in which the middle circumference of the porous roller 100 is concave as compared with both edge portions thereof. According to this structure, a surface of the porous roller 100 can uniformly contact a site of a disease such as a wart that protrudes from a surface of the skin.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de traitement de la peau de type rouleau utilisé en cryochirurgie et en cryo-traitement de la peau, comprenant : un rouleau poreux qui inclut plusieurs pores qui absorbent et contiennent un liquide cryogénique ; un arbre qui pénètre dans l'axe de rotation du rouleau poreux et est ajusté dans le rouleau poreux pour lui permettre de tourner ; et un manche qui est attaché à l'arbre sous forme de tige. L'appareil de traitement de la peau de type rouleau est avantageux en qu'il peut être utilisé facilement, a une structure simple et ne nécessite pas de source d'énergie.
