然而在 NGN中, 控制和承载分离所带来的一个突出问题是呼叫可能无法 正确建立。 因为在 NGN网络中, 处于呼叫中的话音通道和 MGW上承载端点 是——对应的, 因此 MGC在控制呼叫过程中, 要正确控制 MGW上承载的建 立、 释放等, 首先需要知道 MGW上承载端点的状态, 只有在 MGC上了解的 承载端点的状态和 MGW上承载的真实状态一致, 才能实现呼叫的正确建立。 MGC和 MGW上'承载端点状态的不一致会导致 MGC上认为承载正常而建立 呼叫,但是实际上 MGW上承载故障的情况,此时建立起来的呼叫是无法接通 的或者会被拆除。
保持 MGC和 MGW上承载状态一致是通过"审计( Audit ),,的机制来实现 的。 现有的审计方法如图 2所示, MGC在需要确定某承载端点状态时, 进入 步驟 210, 向 MGW下发审计请求消息, 消息中包括需要审计的承载端点的标 识,要求 MGW对消息中标识的承载端点进行审计。接着进入步骤 220, MGW 收到该消息后,才 据 MGC的请求,完成相应端点承载状态的检查,并向 MGC 返回审计响应消息, 将相应端点的承载状态上报 MGC, 由 MGC对该承载端 点状态进行更新, 保持 MGC与 MGW双方状态的一致。
在实际应用中,上述方案存在以下问题: 现有的审计方式在需要审计的端 点过多时, 需要耗费许多时间, 使得在较长的时间内无法保证 MGW和 MGC 上承载端点的状态一致性。
造成这种情况的主要原因在于,现有的审计方式中,每个承载端点的审计 都需要分别进行请求和反馈, 在复杂性较强, 容量较大的网络中, 由于用户众 多, 每个 MGC需要控制大量承载, MGC要对每个承载端点进行审计请求, 就需要发送大量的审计请求消息, 同样, MGW要根据请求进行状态检测, 首 先就要处理大量的请求消息,大量消息的收发和处理使得完成所有承载审计所 需要的时间增长,容易造成较长时间内 MGW和 MGC上承载端点的状态不一 致。并且,大量收发和处理消息对 MGC和 MGW的处理能力造成很大的冲击, 容易导致 MGC和 MGW的处理其他业务的能力下降。 发明内容
本发明实施例在于提供一种承载端点的审计方法及其系统和设备, 使得 MGC能在短时间内快速完成大量承载端点的审计。
本发明实施例技术方案包括:
一种^载端点的审计方法, 包含以下步骤: 媒体网关控制器在向媒体网关发送的至少一条审计请求消息中包含对至 少两个承载端点的审计请求,并在该审计请求消息中标识出请求审计的承载端 点;
所述媒体网关根据收到的所述审计请求消息,对标识出的各所述承载端点 分别进行状态检测 ,并通过审计响应消息向所述媒体网关控制器返回各所述承 载端点的状态。
一种承载端点的审计系统, 包含媒体网关控制器与媒体网关, 所述媒体网 关控制器与媒体网关内分别包含用于进行信息交互的 模块,所述媒体网关 控制器内还包含: 生成模块,用于生成请求审计至少两个承载端点的审计请求 消息, 并在该审计请求消息中标识出所述清求审计的承载端点;
所述媒体网关控制器内的收发模块,用于将所述生成模块生成的审计请求 消息发送给所述媒体网关; 接收来自媒体网关的审计响应消息;
所述媒体网关内还包含: 状态检测模块, 用于根据收到的所述审计请求消 息, 对请求审计的承载端点进行状态检测;

通过比较可以发现, 本发明实施例的技术方案与现有技术的主要区别在 于, 在 MGC向 MGW发送的一个审计请求消息请求审计多个承载端点, 并在 该审计请求消息中标识出请求审计的承载端点。 MGW接收到该审计请求消息 时, 对相应的承载端点进行状态检测, 并通过审计响应消息向 MGC返回请求 审计的承载端点的状态。 由于无需为每个承载端点单独发起一次审计过程, 大 大减少了审计消息的数目,从而减少了网络中 MGC和 MGW处理审计消息所 占用的系统资源, 提高了 MGC和 MGW处理其他用户业务的能力, 进而提高 了整个网络处理用户业务的能力。 并且, 与现有技术相比, 审计同样数目的承 载端点将占用更少的时间,保证了在短时间内 MGC和 MGW上承载端点的状 态一致, 避免了由于承载状态的不一致所导致的呼叫失败或异常。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发明 作进一步地详细描述。
本发明实施例的 MGC在有多个端点需要审计时,向 MGW发送的一条审 计请求消息中包含对多个 7 L载端点的审计请求 ,并在该审计请求消息中标识出 请求审计的承载端点。 MGW接收到该审计请求消息时, 对标识的承载端点进 行状态检测, 并通过审计响应消息向 MGC返回请求审计的承载端点的状态。 使得通过一条审计请求消息发起多个承载端点的审计过程,大大减少了审计消 息的数目。
下面根据发明原理对本发明第一实施方式的承载端点审计方法进行说明。 如图 3所示, MGC在有多个 载端点需要审计时, 进入步骤 301 , MGC 评估当前需要审计哪些承载端点,如果需要审计的端点为 MGC与 MGW之间 的所有承载端点, 即情况 1 , 则进入步驟 302; 如果需要审计的端点为 MGC 与 MGW之间某承载端点开始的连续 N个承载端点, 即情况 2, 则进入步骤 303;如果需要审计的端点为 MGC与 MGW之间不连续的多个端点,即情况 3, 则进入步骤 304。
MGC分别在步骤 302、 303和 304中, 为需要审计的端点生成审计请求消 息, 并通过在审计请求消息中新增参数来标识请求审计的承载端点。该新增参 数的结构如表 1所示, 包含新增参数标识字段、 长度字段、 第一字段、 第二字 段、 第三字段、 请求审计的第一个承载端点标识、 和比特位图。
其中,新增参数标识字段用于将该新增参数和审计请求消息中的其他参数 区分开。
长度字段用于表示本新增参数的长度。
第一字段用于指示是否需要审计 MGC和 MGW之间所有的承载端点,在 本实施方式中, 该字段的值设置为 1的时候表示审计所有承载端点, 设置为 0 时表示不需要。 如果审计请求消息中本字段的值为 1 , 则可以省略之后的字段 以及比特位图。
第二字段用于指示整数值 N。
第三字段用于指示是否需要审计由所标识的需要审计的第一个端点起连 续 N个承载端点中的所有端点, 其中 N即为笫二字段所指示的整数。 在本实 施方式中, 第三字段的值设置为 1时, 表示该连续的 N个承载端点全部需要 审计, 为 0时表示不需要审计全部的 N个承载端点。 如果审计请求消息中本 字段的值为 1, 则可以省略之后的比特位图。
需要审计的第一个^ c载端点标识即为一个 32比特的端点号。
比特位图: 包含 N个比特位, 每一个比特位表示一个承载端点, 该比特 位的值表示该承载端点是否需要审计。在本实施方式中,将比特位的值设置为 1时, 表示该比特位所对应的承载端点需要审计。 因此, 当一个承载端点需要 审计时, 将其对应的比特位设置为 1 , 否则设置为 0。 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 Octet

具体地说, 在步驟 302中, MGC为需要审计的端点生成审计请求消息, 由于 MGC和 MGW间所有承载端点均需要审计, 因此 MGC将审计请求消息 中新增参数的第一字段的值设置为 1 , 并且, 该新增参数中不再包括笫一字段 之后的其他字段和比特位图。之后, MGC将生成的审计请求消息发送到 MGW 并保存所发送的审计请求消息。
在步骤 303中, MGC为需要审计的端点生成审计请求消息, 由于需要审 计的承载端点为 MGC和 MGW间连续的 N个端点, 因此, MGC将审计请求 消息中新增参数的第一字段的值设置为 0, 第二字段的值设置为需要审计的承 载端点的个数 N, 第三字段的值设置为 1 , 并且设置需要审计的第一个承载端 点的标识, 该新增参数中不再包含比特位图。 之后, MGC将生成的审计请求 消息发送到 MGW, 并保存所发送的审计请求消息。
在步骤 304中, MGC为需要审计的端点生成审计请求消息, 由于需要审 计的承载端点为 MGC和 MGW间不连续的多个端点, 因此, MGC将审计请 求消息中新增参数的第一字段设置为 0, 第三字段设置为 0, 在该新增参数中 设置需要审计的第一个承载端点的标识,并为需要审计的承载端点设置比特位 图 1即第一比特位图, 将比特位图 1中包含的比特位的个数 N设置在第二字 段中。 比特位图 1中每一个比特位表示一个承载端点,每个承载端点所对应的 比特位由其原本的排序决定, 即比特位图 1中第 1至 N个比特位依次对应由 第一个承载端点起连续的 N个承载端点。 MGC将需要审计的承载端点所对应 的比特位的值设置为 1 , 其余设置为 0。 新增参数设置完成之后, MGC将生成 的审计请求消息发送到 MGW, 并保存所发送的审计请求消息。 由于无需为每 个承载端点单独发送一条审计请求消息, 很大程度上减少了网絡中 MGC 和 MGW处理审计消息所占用的系统资源, 提高了 MGC和 MGW处理其他用户 业务的能力, 进而提高了整个网络处理用户业务的能力。
在步骤 302或步骤 303之后, 接着进入步骤 305, MGW接收来自 MGC 的审计请求消息,并根据该审计请求消息对标识出的各承载端点分别进行状态 检查, 检查其当前状态为正常还是故障。
接着进入步骤 306, MGW对请求审计的承载端点进行分组, 每一组为连 续的多个承载端点, 为每一组的承载端点生成一条审计响应消息, 并将各审计 响应消息返回到 MGC。 所生成的每条审计响应消息中包含本审计响应消息返 回的第一个承载端点状态的承载端点标识, 指示整数值 M的第二字段, 以及 包含该 M个比特位的比特位图 2即第二比特位图, 每一个比特位表示一个承 载端点,该比特位的值表示该承载端点的状态, 比特位图 2中表示的每一个承 载端点分别对应于本审计响应消息返回的第一个承载端点状态的承载端点至 承载端点之后的 M-1个承载端点。 在本实施方式中, 比特位的值为 1时, 表 示相应承载端点的状态为正常, 为 0时, 表示相应承载端点的状态为故障。 比 如说,当 MGW需要返回承载端点 1至承载端点 120中所有承载端点的状态时, 可以将 120个承载端点分为 5组, 每组包含 24个承载端点, MGW为 5个组 生成五条审计响应消息, 因此每条审计响应消息的第二字段 M均为 24, 每条 消息包含一个 24比特的比特位图。 第一条消息中返回的第一个承载端点状态 的承载端点标识为承载端点 1 的标识, 比特位图表示承载端点 1 至承载端点 24 的状态, 第二条消息中返回的第一个承载端点状态的承载端点标识为 7|L载 端点 25的标识, 比特位图表示 7 载端点 25至^^载端点 48的状态, 其后以 j¾ 类推。 MGW通过发送五条审计响应消息将本次请求审计的 120个承载端点的 状态返回给 MGC。 本方法在连续的请求审计的承载端点的数目过多, 单条审 计响应消息无法容纳所有请求审计的承载端点的状态时,也能正确地返回所有 载端点的状态。 当然, 在请求审计的承载端点较少时, MGW可以将所有 载端点分为一个组,通过一条审计请求消息返回所有承载端点的状态, 最大限 度地减少审计响应消息的数目, 从而减少收发消息和处理消息的时间和消耗。
在步骤 304之后, 接着进入步骤 307, MGW接收来自 MGC的审计请求 消息, 并根据该审计请求消息对标识出的各承载端点分别进行状态检查,检查 其当前状态为正常还是故障。
接着进入步骤 308, MGW为连续的请求审计的承载端点向 MGC返回包 舍比特位图 2的审计响应消息, 为不连续的请求审计的承载端点向 MGC单独 返回仅包含一个承载端点状态的审计响应消息。
具体地说, MGW在为连续的请求审计的承载端点生成的审计响应消息中 新增参数,在该新增参数中包含本审计响应消息返回的第一个承载端点状态的 承载端点标识, 指示整数值 M的第二字段, 以及包含该 M个比特位的比特位 图 2,每一个比特位表示一个承载端点,该比特位的值表示该承载端点的状态, 比特位图 2 中表示的每一个^载端点分别对应于本审计响应消息返回的第一 个承载端点状态的承载端点至承载端点之后的 M-1个承载端点。 MGW为不连 续的清求审计的承载端点单独生成审计响应消息,该审计响应消息仅包含一个 承载端点的状态。
比如说, 媒体网关控制器请求审计的承载端点为承载端点 10-20, 承载端 点 30-40,以及承载端点 45和承载端点 49。那么, MGW分别为承载端点 10-20 和7 载端点 30-40生成两条包含比特位图 2的审计响应消息。为承载端点 10-20 生成的审计响应消息中, 第一个承载端点状态的 ? 载端点标识为承载端点 10 的标识, 第二字段 M的值为 11, 比特位图 2表示承载端点 10至承载端点 20 的状态; 为承载端点 30-40生成的审计响应消息中, 第一个 载端点状态的承 载端点标识为承载端点 30的标识,第二字段 M的值为 11, 比特位图 2表示承 载端点 30至承载端点 40的状态。 另外, 为承载端点 45单独生成一条审计响 应消息,该审计响应消息中仅包含承载端点 45的状态; 为^载端点 49单独生 成一条审计响应消息, 该审计响应消息中仅包含承载端点 49的状态。 通过在 审计响应消息中新增比特位图,将连续的请求审计的承载端点的状态携带在该 比特位图中一次性发送给 MGC, 减少了审计响应消息的数目, 进一步提高了 MGC和 MGW处理其他用户业务的能力。
与现有技术相比, 审计同样数目的承载端点,在本实施方式中需要的审计 请求消息和审计响应消息均大大减少,使得对多个承载端点进行审计所花费的 时间减少, 保证了 MGC和 MGW上承载端点的状态一致, 避免了由于承载状 态的不一致所导致的呼叫失败或异常。
本发明第二实施方式如图 4所示,步骤 410至步骤 440与步骤 301至步驟 304相类似, 在此不再赞述。
步骤 420或步骤 430或步驟 440之后, 进入步骤 450, MGW接收来自 MGC的审计请求消息, 并根据该审计请求消息对标识出的各承载端点分別进 行状态检查, 检查其当前状态为正常还是故障。
接着在步骤 460中, MGW分别为每一个请求审计的承载端点生成单独的 审计响应消息, 并将消息发送给 MGC。 所生成的每条审计响应消息中仅包含 一个请求审计的承载端点的状态。这种返回承载端点状态的方式与现有技术相 同, 使得本发明能更好地与现有技术相融合。
接着进入步骤 470, MGC根据接收到的各审计响应消息获取相应的各承 载端点的状态。
本发明笫三实施方式的承载端点审计系统如图 5所示, 包含 MGC 510与 MGW 520, 其中, MGC 510和 MGW 520内分别包含用于进行信息交互的收 发模块 511 521; MGC内还包含用于生成审计请求消息的生成模块 512; MGW 内还包含对请求审计的承载端点进行状态检测的状态检测模块 522。
具体地说, MGC在有多个承载端点需要审计时, 通过生成模块 512生成 一条请求审计多个承载端点的审计请求消息,在该审计请求消息中标识出请求 审计的承载端点,并通过其收发模块 511将生成的审计请求消息发送给 MGW。 其中,该请求审计多个承载端点的审计请求消息中包含一个新增参数, 该 新增参数的结构上述表 1所示,在该新增参数中包含请求审计的第一个 7 载端 点标识, 以及包含整数 N个比特位的第一比特位图, 该第一比特位图中每一 个比特位表示一个承载端点, 比特位的值表示该承载端点是否需要审计, 该第 一比特位图中表示的每一个承载端点分别对应于请求审计的第一个承载端点 至该承载端点之后的 N-1个承载端点。 另夕卜, 根据实际需要, 该新增参数中也 可能不包含第一比特位图, 具体可参见图 3的说明, 此处不再赘述。
MGW接收到该审计请求消息后, 通过状态检测模块 522, 根据收到的审 计请求消息对请求审计的承载端点进行状态检测,并由其收发模块 521将各承 载端点的状态检测结果通过审计响应消息返回给 MGC。 其中, 为连续的需要 审计的承载端点生成的审计响应消息中包含本审计响应消息返回的第一个承 载端点状态的承载端点标识, 指示整数值 M的第二字段, 以及包含该 M个比 特位的第二比特位图,每一个比特位表示一个承载端点,该比特位的值表示该 承载端点的状态,该第二比特位图中表示的每一个承载端点分别对应于所述本 审计响应消息返回的第一个承载端点状态的承载端点至承载端点之后的 M-1 个承载端点;为每一个不连续的需要审计的承载端点单独生成一条审计响应消 息, 该审计响应消息仅包含一个承载端点的状态。
本发明实施例还公开了一种媒体网关控制器 , 仍参见图 5, 该媒体网关控 制器包括:
生成模块 512, 用于生成请求审计至少两个承载端点的审计请求消息, 并 在该审计请求消息中标识出所述请求审计的承载端点; 其中,该请求审计多个 承载端点的审计请求消息中包含一个新增参数, 该新增参数的结构上述表 1 所示; ·
收发模块 511 , 用于将所述生成模块 512生成的审计请求消息发送给所述 媒体网关; 接收审计响应消息。
本发明实施例还公开了一种媒体网关, 仍参见图 5, 包括:
收发模块 521 , 用于将接收到的审计请求消息发送给所述状态检测模块, 将所述状态检测模块 522 的状态检测结果通过审计响应消息返回给所述媒体 网关控制器;
状态检测模块 522, 用于根据收到的所述审计请求消息, 对请求审计的承 载端点进行状态检测, 将状态检测结果返回给收发模块 521。
有关审计响应消息的描述与图 3中相应内容同, 不再赞述。
可见, 应用本发明实施利, 通过在审计请求消息中新增参数, 且该新增参 数包含表示是否需要审计 MGC和 MGW之间所有的承载端点的第一字段、请 求审计的第一个承载端点标识、 指示整数 N的第二字段、 是否需要审计该第 一个承载端点至该承载端点之后 -1 个承载端点中所有的承载端点的第三字 段、以及对应于该第一个承载端点至该承载端点之后的 N-1个承载端点的比特 为图 , 使得审计倩求消息可以灵活地标识出多个 ? 载端点。
MGW可通过三种方式向 MGC返回请求审计的承载端点的状态: 第一种 方式为一条审计响应消息内携带一个请求审计的承载端点的状态,以便与现有 技术的相融合; 第二种方式为在审计响应消息内新增比特位图,将连续的请求 审计的承载端点状态通过一条审计响应消息返回给 MGC, 将不连续的请求审 计的承载端点状态单独返回给 MGC, 使得一条审计响应消息可以携带多个请 求审计的承载端点的状态, 减少了审计响应消息的数目, 进一步提高了 MGC 和 MGW处理其他用户业务的能力;第三种方式为将连续的请求审计的 7 载端 点的状态分组返回给 MGW, 以适用于请求审计的承载端点的数目过多, 单条 审计响应消息无法容纳所有连续的请求审计的承载端点的状态的情况。
可以理解, 本文中所指承载, 包含各种类型的承载, 如时分复用模式 ( TDM )、 IP等。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施方式,已经对本发明进行了图示和描 述,但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白,可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改 变, 而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。

在所述审计请求消息中新增参数, 在该新增参数中包含第一字段,该第一 字段表示是否需要审计所述媒体网关控制器和所述媒体网关之间所有的承载 端点。

所述第二比特位图中表示的每一个承载端点分别对应于所述本审计响应 消息返回的第一个^载端点状态的承载端点至承载端点之后的 M-1 个承载端 点;
所述媒体网关为每一个不连续的需要审计的^ ^载端点单独向所述媒体网 关控制器返回一条审计响应消息, 该审计响应消息仅包含一个承载端点的状 态。

所述媒体网关对所有请求审计的承载端点进行分组,将每一组的承载端点 的状态通过一条所述审计响应消息返回到所述媒体网关控制器。
9. 一种承载端点的审计系统, 包^某体网关控制器与媒体网关, 所述媒 体网关控制器与媒体网关内分别包含用于进行信息交互的收发模块,其特征在 于, 所述某体网关控制器内还包含: 生成模块, 用于生成请求审计至少两个承 载端点的审计请求消息,并在该审计请求消息中标识出所述请求审计的承载端 点;
所述媒体网关控制器内的收发模块,用于将所述生成模块生成的审计请求 消息发送给所述媒体网关; 接收来自媒体网关的审计响应消息;
所述媒体网关内还包含: 状态检测模块, 用于根据收到的所述审计请求消 息, 对请求审计的承载端点进行状态检测; 。
所述媒体网关内的收发模块,用于将接收到的审计请求消息发送给所述状 态检测模块,将所述状态检测模块的状态检测结果通过审计响应消息返回给所 述媒体网关控制器。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的承载端点的审计系统, 其特征在于, 所述生成 模块通过以下方式在所述审计请求消息中标识出所述请求审计的承载端点: 在所述审计请求消息中新增参数,在该新增参数中包含所述请求审计的第 一个承载端点标识, 以及包含 N个比特位的第一比特位图, 每一个比特位表 示一个承载端点, 该比特位的值表示该承载端点是否需要审计, 其中 N为整 数;
所述第一比特位图中表示的每一个承载端点分别对应于所述请求审计的 第一个承载端点至该承载端点之后的所述 N- 1个承载端点。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的承载端点的审计系统, 其特征在于, 所述审 计响应消息中包含本审计响应消息返回的第一个承载端点状态的承载端点标 识, 指示整数值 M的第二字段, 以及包含该 M个比特位的第二比特位图, 每 一个比特位表示一个承载端点, 该比特位的值表示该承载端点的状态,该第二 比特位图中表示的每一个承载端点分别对应于所述本审计响应消息返回的第 一个承载端点状态的承载端点至承载端点之后的 M-1个承载端点;
所述媒体网关通过所述包含第二比特位图的审计响应消息向所述媒体网 关控制器返回连续的需要审计的承载端点的状态;通过仅包含一个承载端点状 态的审计响应消息向所述媒体网关控制器返回不连续的需要审计的承载端点 的状态。
12. 一种媒体网关控制器, 其特征在于, 包括:
. 生成模块, 用于生成请求审计至少两个承载端点的审计请求消息, 并在该 审计请求消息中标识出所述请求审计的承载端点;
收发模块, 用于将所述生成模块生成的审计请求消息发送给所述媒体网 关; 接收审计响应消息。
13. 一种媒体网关, 其特征在于, 包括:
收发模块, 用于将接收到的审计请求消息发送给所述状态检测模块, 将所 述状态检测模块的状态检测结果通过审计响应消息返回给所述媒体网关控制 器;
状态检测模块,用于根据收到的所述审计请求消息,对请求审计的承载端 点进行状态检测, 将状态检测结果返回给收发模块。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的媒体网关, 其特征在于, 所述审计响应消息 中包含本审计响应消息返回的第一个承载端点状态的承载端点标识,指示整数 值 M的第二字段, 以及包含该 M个比特位的第二比特位图, 每一个比特位表 示一个承载端点,该比特位的值表示该承载端点的状态,该笫二比特位图中表 示的每一个承载端点分别对应于所述本审计响应消息返回的笫一个承载端点 状态的承载端点至承载端点之后的 M-1个承载端点;
所述媒体网关通过所述包含第二比特位图的审计响应消息向所述媒体网 关控制器返回连续的需要审计的承载端点的状态;通过仅包含一个承载端点状 态的审计响应消息向所述媒体网关控制器返回不连续的需要审计的承载端点 的状态。
