Abstract
Impervious sock that can lose its shape and take the shape of the foot. The invention consists of an impervious cotton sock (1) coated with rubber material (2) with a spongy reinforcement at the heels (3) to protect them from shocks as well as for adhesion or surface grip by way of sole (4). In addition to the mechanical protection, this invention enables support of the joints, tendons and muscles of the foot. The spongy reinforcement, when it is made of shape memory foam, is also suitable for feet with shape anomalies, plantar warts or heel spurs. After 1 to 5 hours of use, the coating formulation makes it possible for the article to take the shape of the foot exactly and to thus form a second skin which confers feeling and dexterity to the foot in addition to imperviousness. This invention is specifically designed for beach football; it may also be used for all activities at the edge of the beach as well as for industrial or domestic work requiring imperviousness, flexibility, dexterity and feel by the foot at the same time as its protection against mechanical attacks.

Le problème est que ceci, ainsi que toutes autres activitésBeach soccer is practiced barefoot, it is essential to "feel" the ball and the specificity of the game. In addition, the international rules of this game, anxious to limit injuries, prohibit the wearing of shoes with soles and tolerate socks. The problem is that this, as well as all other activities

Le dénominateur commun à tous les types de chaussures qui existent aujourd'hui est le fait que le pied de leur utilisateur, en apparence, a la forme de la chaussure et non celle du pied nuThe denominator common to all types of shoes that exist today is the fact that the foot of their user, in appearance, has the shape of the shoe and not that of the bare foot
En plus de la protection mécanique, cette invention permet le soutien des articulations, des tendons et des muscles du pied de par sonThe present invention provides a solution to this problem, it consists of a kind of waterproof sock made of rubber material with a spongy reinforcement at the heels to protect them against shocks as well as an adhesion or surface grip as a sole.
This allows the article, after 1 to 5 hours of use, to take exactly the shape of the foot and thus constitute a second skin that gives, in addition to sealing, the touch and dexterity of the foot. In the embodiment according to Figure 1, it is a cotton sock as a support (1) which allows a certain comfort of contact and ease of dressing, with a waterproof and very flexible coating (2) latex natural or synthetic rubber such as nitrile, polyurethane ... or plastisols. The height of this coating can go from the level of the ankle to the knee for the applications requiring such heights A surface grip can be applied on coating (2) and making it possible to decrease the coefficient of sliding and thus a better control of the balloon especially when it is wet The anti-bruising foam at the heel (3) is made of flexible cellular open cell material such as latex foam, polyurethane or high density polyolefins. Memory foam or viscoelastic foam can be used in the case of feet that have abnormal shape, plantar warts or having calcaneus spines .. The rubber reinforcement as a sole (4) is an additional layer of very high flexibility in natural or synthetic rubber, in plastisol or similar materials that have undergone solvent bonding to give it a surface roughness
Dans d'autres formes de réalisations (figure 2) cette invention peut être effectuée sans le support coton et/ou en plusieurs parties dont l'assemblage des différentes extensions du type (5) permet de couvrir de manière étanche les pieds jusqu'à la ceinture. Dans ce dernier cas l'étanchéité est assurée par le chevauchement des différentes parties sur environ 7 cm avec un taux de déformation par allongement dans ces zones allant de 25% à 100%. La réalisation de cet article peut être effectuée par trempé simple en multicouche ou par trempé coagulant d'une forme de pied habillée d'une chaussette coton dans un mélange formulé par exemple selon ;In other embodiments (Figure 2) this invention can be carried out without the cotton support and / or in several parts, the assembly of the various extensions of the type (5) can be sealed to the feet up to belt. In the latter case the seal is provided by overlapping of the different parts of about 7 cm with a deformation by elongation rate in those areas from 25% to 100%. The embodiment of this article can be carried out by simple dipping in multilayer or by dipping coagulant of a foot shape dressed with a cotton sock in a mixture formulated for example according to;
