Abstract

L'invention concerne un composite comprenant une matrice céramique biocompatible, inorganique, poreuse et un polymère ou copolymère bioabsorbable, biocompatible d'un monomère de lactone ou un mélange de ceux-ci, au moins une partie des pores de la matrice poreuse étant au moins partiellement remplie à l'aide du polymère ou du copolymère. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ladite matrice ainsi que des articles manufacturés comprenant ladite matrice.
