Description

Moving barrel small arms
The invention relates to weapons technology, namely, to install a barrel of a firearm in a receiver.
RU,Known automatic firearms according to patent RU, 2241940, class. F41A 3/54, 2004, in which the barrel is installed in the guide rails of the box with the ability to roll and roll back. The free movement of the barrel is prevented by friction in the contact surfaces of the barrel and receiver. Friction increases as surfaces wear and especially when small solid particles, such as sand, get into the gap. Known firearms according to patent RU, 2258883, cl. F41A 21/36, 2005, in which the barrel is mounted in a receiver containing a shock-absorbing device in the form of a packet of axially movable rings having the possibility of mutual movement along inclined guides. Good depreciation of the barrel during rollback and rollback and relatively small dimensions are achieved by a significant complication of the design. Known automatic small arms patent RU,
2064152, KL.F41A 5/06, 1976, which is closest to the claimed one according to the number of matching features, in which the barrel is installed in the trunk of a box in a support movable relative to the barrel. The support is made in the form of a rolling bearing in a cage fixed to the trunks of the box in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the barrel. The bearing provides free rotation of the barrel around the axis at the time and after the shot.
The present invention solves the problem of creating reliable in operation and not complicated in the manufacture of small arms with a movable barrel fixed in the trunks of the box with free movement during rollback and roll of the barrel in the direction of its longitudinal axis. The problem is solved in that in small arms containing a barrel mounted in the receiver, at least two supports are made, each of the supports contains a clip and at least one movable element placed in the clip with the possibility of rotation and limited movement along the longitudinal axis of the barrel while the receiver has a spring-loaded support platform for a movable element. The movable elements of each of the supports can be made in the amount of three, evenly spaced in a cage in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the barrel. The movable element can be made in the form of a ball or roller.
Supports with moving elements in the direction of rollback and rollback of the barrel provide sufficient clearance between the surfaces of the barrel and the receiver so that the friction between the surfaces is minimal, which ensures the reliability of the weapon even in harsh operating conditions.
The invention is illustrated by the description and the accompanying drawings. Figure l presents the barrel in the supports without a receiver; in Fig.2 and Fig.Z - a cross section of the trunk and rigidly connected supports with movable elements of various shapes; figure 4 and figure 5 is a transverse section of the barrel and receiver with a rigidly connected clip and movable elements of various shapes; on figb and Fig.7 is a transverse section of the barrel in the receiver with a spring-loaded movable element.
The device comprises a barrel 1, mounted in the receiver 2 in the supports 3. Each of the supports contains a clip 4, rigidly connected (made at the same time or fixed) with the barrel. In the cage, movable elements made in the form of balls 5 or rollers b are mounted uniformly around the circumference with the possibility of rotation and simultaneous limited movement along the longitudinal axis of the barrel, for which recesses 7 and 8 are made in the surface of the cage, corresponding in shape to the movable elements. The support clip can be rigidly connected (made at the same time or fixed) with the inner surface of the receiver. One of the support elements, placed in a holder mounted on the barrel, is spring loaded relative to the receiver by a spring: cylindrical 9 or plate 10. For reliability of springing under the movable element, a support platform 11 is placed, which is placed in a special “pocket” of the receiver.
The device operates as follows. During the rollback and rollback of the barrel in the process of firing from small arms, it moves in supports. In this case, the interaction of the surfaces of the barrel and the receiver is carried out by means of movable elements moving in the holder within the limits determined by the course of the barrel. Due to the clearance provided by the supports, friction is reduced, shooting parameters are improved, and the survivability of the barrel and weapon as a whole is increased.
The invention can be used in small arms with a moving barrel to improve shooting performance.
