Abstract
The invention relates to gerotor eccentric worm positive-displacement pumps for pumping gas-fluid mixtures having an extended viscosity range. The inventive worm gerotor pump comprises the pump body (1) provided with a packing or face seal (2), a worm pump unit (3), a spindle shaft (6) and a unit (9) for which is used for transmitting torque and for bearing axial and radial loads from a pump unit (3), is arranged inside the hollow spindle of a driven shaft (7) of the spindle shaft (6) and is embodied in the form of a torsional or torsional-swinging joint provided with conical tabs and sealing elements. The aim of said invention is to developa worm gerotor pump for transmitting a hydraulic power up to 40 kW, to increase the service life and to reduce the costs of the production and maintenance thereof.
