Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating an interior decoration panel according to the present invention, and Figure 2 is a cross sectional view illustrating an interior decoration panel according to the present invention.
An interior decoration panel 1 according to the present invention is used for decorating a ceiling or a wall body. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the interior decoration panel 1 comprises a porous panel body 10 having a plurality of through holes 11 , an adhering layer 20 which is coated at both sides of the porous panel body 10, and a ventilation decoration material 30 which is attached to both sides of the porous panel body 10 by the adhering layer 21 for thereby forming a sound absorption space by sealing the through holes 11.
The porous panel body 10 forms a frame of the interior decoration panel 1 according to the present invention. A plurality of through holes 11 are formed at the porous panel body 10 for thereby forming a sound absorption space as the through holes 11 are closed by means of the ventilation decoration material 30. Here, the porous panel body 10 is made in a flat plate shape using yellow earth. The yellow earth used for making the porous panel body 10 contains a lot of CaCo3. The yellow earth has a certain viscosity level owing to CaCo3. When water is added to the yellow earth, it changes to clay, which can be transformed in various shapes. In addition, the yellow earth further contains Siθ2, A^O3, Fe, Mg, Na, etc. The yellow earth having the above compositions is able to radiate far infrared ray, which is advantageously needed for the growth of animal and plant. The yellow earth further contains various enzyme such as catalase, diphenol Oxydase, Saccharase, Protease, etc. which are able to remove, decompose and purify toxic components. The porous panel body 10 has yellow earth as a main component, so that a lot of far infrared ray is radiated into the indoor, and the indoor air is effectively purified. Fibroid materials such as rice straw, chaff or coconut leaves or straw may be further added to the porous panel body 10, so that the combining force of the yellow earth increases, and the strength of the porous panel body 10 is enhanced.
The porous panel body 10 may further contain charcoal ingredients including yellow earth. Since charcoal radiates a lot of anion, parasympathetic nerve is affected, so that a user feels comfortable, and a stress is released in a human body. Since the charcoal components radiate far infrared ray, a blood circulation and metabolism are enhanced. In addition, cell activation is enhanced.
The charcoal components have an excellent sound absorption property, conductivity and electric storage property. Electromagnetic waves generating from a computer or an electric appliance can be efficiently absorbed and prevented. Air purification, deodorization, antimicrobial and detoxication operations are excellent.
When a lot of moisture is present, the charcoal effectively absorbs moisture. When moisture is less, the charcoal discharges moisture, so that the indoor humidity is naturally controlled.
The porous panel body 10 may contain yellow earth and charcoal ingredients as well as elvan ingredients and tourmaline ingredients.
The elvan belongs to granite gabbro in igneous rocks. Since crystal and feldspar are intensively arranged therein, and it looks like boiled barley in which red or white portions are mixed uniformly. So, it is called elvan. The main components of the elvan are Ge, SiO2, AIeO3. The elvan ingredients are able to decompose harmful bacteria or similar microorganism and are able to elute minerals to the outside. In addition, the elvan ingredients are able to increase alpha waves and to radiate far infrared ray, for thereby enhancing blood circulation and metabolism and activating cells.
The tourmaline is a kind of gemstone. When it is heated at about 1000C, pyroelectricity phenomenon occurs for thereby absorbing dust. The tourmaline is able to radiate a lot of anion, for thereby enhancing blood circulation and metabolism and activating immune function. In addition, harmful active oxygen, which may accelerate aging, is effectively decomposed.
The porous panel body 10 may further contain yellow earth, charcoal ingredients and tourmaline ingredients as well as silver ingredients and copper ingredients. The silver and copper ingredients are able to purity indoor air and are able to absorb electromagnetic waves. The porous panel body 10 may further contain magnesium ingredients.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the porous panel body 10 contains yellow earth of 70 to 80weight%, fibroid materials of 5 to 10weight%, charcoal ingredients of 5 to 10weight5, elvan ingredients of 3 to 7weight%, tourmaline ingredients of 3 to 7weight%, silver or copper ingredients of 2 to 5weight% and magnesium ingredients of 2 to 5weight%.
A plurality of through holes 11 are formed at the porous panel body 10, each of the through holes 11 being formed in a circular shape, a triangle shape, a rectangular shape or a polygonal shape. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, each through hole 11 is formed in a hexagonal shape, for thereby forming a honeycomb shape when the entirely formed through holes 11 are seen.
An adhering layer 20 is coated on both sides of the porous panel body 10. The adhering layer 20 is used for adhering the ventilation decoration material 30 to the porous panel body 10. It is preferably formed of a nontoxic environment friendly adhesive. Here, the environment friendly adhesive is a natural inorganic adhesive, not a conventional organic adhesive. Since formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds are not generated, a comfortable indoor environment is obtained. Since the above adhesive is a noninflammable material, it is possible to prevent fire form being spread, and toxic gas is not generated. The above adhesive is not harmful to a human body and does not generate smell. The ventilation decoration material 30 is attached to both sides of the porous panel body 10 using the adhesive layer 21. The ventilation decoration material 30 seals the through holes 11 of the porous panel body 10, for thereby forming a certain sound absorption space. Here, the ventilation decoration material 30 is preferably made of Korean traditional paper, common paper, non-woven fabric or pulp.
In case of the Korean traditional paper or non-woven fabric, a plurality of ventilation portions are provided, so that vibrations generating owing to indoor air or indoor noise may transfer into the sound absorption space formed by the through holes 11.
A pattern layer 40 is attached to the ventilation decoration material 30. The pattern layer 40 is provided with a certain pattern for thereby enhancing an indoor interior effect. The inherent functions of the yellow earth can be obtained as well.
Here, gel state yellow earth is sprayed or coated on the ventilation decoration material 30 and is dried.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the interior decoration panel 10, the pattern layer 40 may not be attached to the ventilation decoration material 30, but may be designed so that a certain pattern is formed on the ventilation decoration material 30. In this case, the porous panel body 10 is formed of a pattern plate having various patterns such as a lattice pattern, Korean letter pattern, turtle pattern, etc. The ventilation decoration material 30 is attached, so that the porous panel body 10 has the similar function with the pattern layer 40.
Figure 3A is a view illustrating an indoor noise decrease operation of an interior decoration panel according to the present invention, and Figure 3B is a view illustrating an indoor air purification operation of an interior decoration panel according to the present invention. The operation of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 3A and 3B. As shown in Figure 3A, when vibrations generating owing to indoor noise is transferred to the interior decoration panel 1 , the ventilation decoration material 30 formed of Korean traditional paper or non-woven fabric first absorbs vibration energy of indoor noise. When indoor noise is transferred to the sound absorption space formed as the through holes 11 of the porous panel body 10 are closed by means of the ventilation decoration material 30, the vibrations generating owing to the indoor noise are offset in the sound absorption space for thereby significantly decreasing the noise. When part of vibrations generating owing to the indoor noise is transferred to the indoor from the sound absorption space, the ventilation decoration material 30 formed of Korean traditional paper or non-woven fabric first absorbs the vibration energy of the indoor noise, for thereby significantly decreasing the indoor noise. Since the porous panel body 10 is made of yellow earth, which is contained as a major component, charcoal ingredients, elvan ingredients, tourmaline ingredients, silver ingredients, copper ingredients, and magnesium ingredients, and the adhering layer is made of nontoxic environment friendly adhesive, and the pattern layer is made of yellow earth, as shown in Figure 3B, the interior decoration panel 1 according to the present invention radiates a lot of far infrared ray, for thereby purifying the indoor air and enhancing a human body health.
When the polluted indoor air is transferred to the interior decoration panel 1 , it first contacts with the porous panel body 10, which contains the above-described ingredients, via the ventilation decoration material 30. When the polluted indoor air is inputted into the sound absorption space as the through holes 11 of the porous panel body 10 are closed by means of the ventilation decoration material 30, the polluted indoor air is almost purified in the sound absorption space and then is discharged into the indoor, for thereby significantly enhancing an indoor air purification effect.
Industrial Applicability As described above, according to the interior decoration panel according to the present invention, a certain sound absorption space is formed as a plurality of through holes formed at the panel body are closed by means of the ventilation decoration material. The vibrations generating owing to the indoor noise are absorbed by means of the ventilation decoration material, for thereby significantly decreasing the indoor noise.
Since the panel body is made of a natural material such as yellow earth, charcoal, etc., indoor air can be purified. In addition, since elvan and tourmaline ingredients are contained, far infrared ray and anion are radiated into the indoor. Since silver and copper ingredients are contained, electromagnetic waves can be prevented. With the above advantages, it is possible to enhance a human body health.
