Abstract

A medicinal water-soluble intermediate used for preparing injection is prepared through dissolving 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 in an organic solvent, dissolving 2-hydroxypropyl -β-cyclodextrin in water to obtain aqueous solution, heating it to 40-100°C, stirring while dripping ginsenoside solution, recovering of solvent, and dissolving in the water for injection.
