Abstract
A food receptacle has a base and sidewall and one or more impediments. The impediments are mounted on to the receptacle's base in order to provide mechanical means to slow an animal's speed of eating once food has been dispensed into the receptacle.

The petitioners whose signatures appear on the declaration attached respectfully request that Letters Patent be granted to such petitioners for the new and original design set forth in the following specification. The filing fee of $100.00, the search fee of $50.00 and the examination fee of $65.00, seven (7) drawings, a patent application declaration, a small entity declaration, and a return receipt postcard are attached.

I1 Michael B. Kitchen, have invented a new design for a "Pet Feeding Bowl" as set forth in the following specification:
Fig. 1 is a front right isometric view of a Pet Feeding Bowl showing my new design;
Fig. 2 is a front plan view thereof; Fig. 3 is a top plan view thereof; Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; Fig. 5 is a right side plan view thereof; Fig. 6 is a left side plan view thereof; Fig. 7 is a back plan view.
