Description A PILLOW WHERE THE HIGH AND LOW IS CONTROLLED
Technical Field
[1] The present invedention relates to a pillow where the high and low is controlled , and more particularly, to a pillow where the high and low is controlled through input and output of fluid, in the upper housing of which a head supporting part to support head, a cervix supporting part to support neck, and a shoulder supporting part to support shoulders are included, on the top part of the upper housing of which a tube for the fluid to be flowed into and be stored is established, on a lateral side of the upper housing of which a valve for input and output of the fluid is established, and inside the upper housing of which fluid transferring pipe to transfer from the valve to the tube is inserted and parted to a tube section of head supporting part(201), a tube section of cervix supporting part(202), and a tube section of shoulder supporting part(203) so as to control the height of head, cervix, and shoulder depending on the received amount of fluid in each tube section. [2] Generally, a pillow plays a role to support user's head part, has mainly a cylindrical or oval shape, and comprises outer cover, for which fabric or vinyl is used, and inner cushioning material, for which chaff, cotton, saw dust, or plastic pieces is used.

[4] Recently, it has been made of foaming resins able to change according to the shape of user's head, or has been composed of or developed various materials for inner cushioning material such as oak charcoal, nano-silver, and green tea. However, as the height of pillow is important to get enough sleep and the height control of above mentioned pillows is accomplished by controlling the input amount of inner cushioning material, some problems are occurred in association with the difficulty of delicate height control and of discharged inner material storage and treatment.

[6] In addition, relating to the shape of existing pillow, as the cylindrical or oval shape can not support cervix and shoulders as shown in figure 1 and is not stable as a whole due to forming a certain space, many users of existing pillows often appeal cervix pain or shoulder cricks.

[8] Figure 2 shows a pillow comprising an upper housing(lθ), on the top side of which includes the first convex part, a concave part, the second convex part, the first shoulder supporting part and the second shoulder supporting part, and on the bottom side of
which includes the first guide rail and the second guide rail, a control part(20) to control height of the upper housing, which has a liking pipe, a pump, a check valve, a tube attached on the other side of liking pipe, and a lower housing, which comprises the first guide groove to receive the first guide rail of the upper housing, the second guide groove to receive the second guide rail, and a receiving part for the tube of control part. However, the above mentioned pillow has a complex structure and a certain space is formed between shoulder and back due to the height of lower housing(30) as like shown in figure 1 in spite of shoulder support included in the upper housing. Moreover, the input and output of fluid via the tube shown in figure 2 controls the height of head, cervix and shoulder only at same grade all together and cannot control them separately. [9] Thus, the present invention aims to provide a pillow including a head supporting part with concave shape to support head, a cervix supporting part with convex shape to support cervix, and a shoulder supporting part with sloping shape at an angle to support shoulders.

[11] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a pillow, in the upper part of which a tube to receive the fluid, is established, and a tube section of head supporting part, a tube section of cervix supporting part, and a tube section of shoulder supporting part are included additionally so as to control the height of head, cervix, and shoulder depending on each tube section. Technical Solution

Advantageous Effects
[13] According to this invention, a pillow, on the upper part of which comprises a concave head supporting part to support head, a convex cervix supporting part to support neck, and a sloping shoulder supporting part with a certain angle to support shoulders is provided, so that the user of it can get a comfort and enough sleep.

[15] In addition, as a tube to receive the fluid is established in the upper part of the pillow and a tube section of head supporting part, a tube section of cervix supporting part and a tube section of shoulder supporting part are included additionally, the height of head, cervix, and shoulder can be controlled separately depending on each tube section.

Claims
[1] A pillow where the high and low is controlled, of which upper part of housing(lOO) maintaining a certain shape comprises a concave head supporting part(l 10) to support head, a convex cervix supporting part(120) to support neck, and a sloping shoulder supporting part(130) with a certain angle to support shoulders, where the upper part of the housing(lOO), a tube(200) to receive the fluid is established in and divided by sectional plates to a tube section of head supporting part(201), a tube section of cervix supporting part(202) and a tube section of shoulder supporting part(203) are included additionally, the height of head, cervix, and shoulder can be controlled separately depending on each tube section, where the one lateral side of the housing(lOO), valves(210, 211, 212) are established, perforating holes(231, 232, 233) corresponding to fluid inlet holes(201a, 202a, 203a) are established on the upper part of the housing(lOO), and the above valves(210, 211, 212)are linked and combined to respectively each fluid inlet hole(201a, 202a, 203a), which are established by perforation on the lower part of the tube(200) and each transferring pipe(221, 222, 223).
