Abstract
The invention subject in the dentist sector is to replace the lost of the tooth(s) and chin boon of the patient. The gingivitis' s of the patient is going to opened by surgical operation to get the chin boon and so the place the wings that will wrap up the chin boon. To fasten the wing implant system a screw from titanium will be put in the hole of the cylinder above. The wing implant system is made from titanium and is biological adaptable and can be made from other materials. A bone tissue can be placed as well at the above side as the underside of the wings to cover the gum.
Description
DESCRIPTION THE WING IMPLANT SYSTEM
The invention subject in the dentist sector is to replace the lost of the tooth(s) and chin boon of the patient. The gingivitis of the patient is going to be opened by surgical operation to get to the chin boon and so the place the wings (1) that will wrap up the chin boon. To fasten the wing implant system a screw from titanium will be put in the hole (3) of the cylinder above.
The principles and the working methods of the invention is like this, Figure 1- Wing implant system with front view.

The principles and the working methods of the invention is like this. The gingivitis of the patient is going to be opened by surgical operation to get to the chin boon and so the place the wings that will wrap up the chin boon. To fasten the wing implant system a screw from titanium will be put in the hole of the cylinder above. The wing implant system is made from titanium and is biological adaptable and can be made from other materiel' s. Besides, by opening a hole in the side wings small screws can also be screwed. A bone tissue can be placed as well at the underside of the wings to cover the gum. They will be connected with each other by distance connection.
By this way, patients with very insufficient tooth bone will be liberated from tooth lost and chin bone weakness problem with one operation. At first implantation with screw could not
be carried out to patients with not enough bone on sinus and mandibiler nerves with this system an implantation is possible with one operation.
