Abstract

La tige d'une prothèse articulaire présente un alésage longitudinal (6) avec un filetage intérieur (7) et des alésages transversaux (11 à 14) traversants et franchissant l'alésage longitudinal, dans lesquels sont disposés de chaque côté de l'alésage longitudinal des éléments de retenue (15 à 18) qui peuvent être écartés par une tige filetée (8) introduite dans l'alésage longitudinal (6). Grâce aux éléments à écarter, la tige peut être implantée sans ciment et peut cependant être sollicitée plus rapidement que les tiges connues implantables sans ciment.
