Abstract

L'invention concerne un cathéter support capable de percer un septum cardiaque avec un fil de guidage sans se tordre et capable d'atteindre des artères difficiles d'accès comme les artères de la carotide ou des reins à partir de l'aorte dans des circonstances délicates.
