当前世界淡水资源缺乏, 因此水的再利用意义重大, 水资源的再利用须 对污水进行处理, 而目前的污水处理采用的水处理装置是以沉淀、 化学、 微 生物处理等方法为主, 由于采用这些处理方法的设备投资比较大, 处理周期 比较长, 污水的净化度不高, 处理成本高, 并且当采用化学药剂处理时会对 水产生二次污染, 因而会增加利用者的负担。 因此人们期待着更先进、 更科 学的污水处理装置来造福人类。 有鉴如此, 本发明人根据自己的实际经验和 技术理念, 开发出了一种逆向流法的污水处理装置。 发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明提供一种投资小、 处理周期短、 处理 成本低且处理效果好的污水净化器。
本发明采用的装置是一种污水净化器, 包括壳体, 壳体内通过隔板设置 有多級净化室, 相邻两净化室之间设置有引流管, 引流管的进口设置在隔板 的上部, 出口延伸至净化室的底部; 在壳体侧壁下端设置有污水进口, 污水 进口与笫一级进化室的底部相通,在最后一级进化室的上部安装有净水出口; 净化室内安装有滤芯。
所述净化室通过横向设置的隔层分隔成上、 下过滤室, 上过滤室设置有 细沙过滤层, 所述滤芯的一部分设置在细沙过滤层内, 另一部分设置在下过 滤室内, 设置在上、 下过滤室内的滤芯之间通过管道连接。
所述壳体一侧安装有水泵, 水泵的进口与净水出口连接。
所述净化室的上部安装有反冲洗装置, 反冲洗装置的进水管连接在水泵 的出口上。
所述壳体的底部安装有排污口。
所述壳体上设置有分别与上、 下过滤室相通的仓门。 所述壳体上横向设置有加强筋。
在壳体侧壁上安装有电器控制箱。
本发明的污水净化器采用逆向流法对污水进行处理, 污水从净化器的底 部进入净化室, 在外部压力作用下, 依次通过各净化室的滤芯及细沙过滤层, 这时污水中的污泥和杂物被阻隔在滤芯外, 从而达到净化污水的目的; 本发 明采用多个净化室结构, 污水依次通过各净化室, 从而对污水进行反复处理, 处理后的水质可达到再利用的要求, 因而可节约水资源; 本发明在污水处理 过程中采用物理天然的处理工艺, 不会对水质造成二次污染, 并且处理成本 低。 附图说明

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参照图 1、 图 2、 图 3 , 本发明公开的一种污水净化器, 包括壳体 1 , 在 所述壳体内通过隔板 2分隔设置有多级净化室 3 ,在所述净化室内安装有滤芯 7, 在相邻两净化室之间设置有引流管 4, 所述引流管的进口设置在所述隔板 的上部,其出口延伸至所述净化室的底部;在壳体侧壁下端设置有污水进口 5 , 所述污水进口与第一级进化室的底部相通, 在最后一级进化室的上部安装有 净水出口 6 , 壳体的底部安装有排污口 13。
如图 3所示, 净化室通过横向设置的隔层 8分隔成上、 下过滤室 31、 32 , 在上过滤室 31上设置有细沙过滤层 9 , 其中滤芯 7的一部分设置在所述细沙 过滤层内, 另一部分设置在下过滤室 32内, 设置在上、 下过滤室内的滤芯之 间通过管道 10连接, 这样污水从净化室的底部进入, 经逆向流过各净化室的 滤芯和细沙过滤层后得到净化处理。
壳体 1一侧安装有水泵 11 , 所述水泵的进口与净水出口连接。
在净化室的上部安装有反冲洗装置 12 , 所述反冲洗装置的进水管连接在 水泵 11的出口上, 反冲洗装置的水通过水泵 11加压后流经逆流程冲出, 使 粘附在滤芯及过滤层的污泥和杂物被冲刷下来, 从而达到清洗各净化室的目 的。
壳体 1上设置有分别与上、 下过滤室相通的仓门 14 , 以便于对上下过滤 室进行清理。
在壳体 1上横向设置有加强筋 15 , 以利于加固壳体。
在壳体侧壁上安装有电器控制箱 16。
连接在各管道上的阀门可采用电磁阀 17 ,因而当对各净化室进行清洗时, 可通过电器控制箱控制电磁阀, 使其处于相应的开关位置, 从而方便对污水 净化器的操作控制。
本发明采用逆向流法对污水进行处理, 污水从净化器的底部进入净化室, 在外部压力作用下, 依次通过各净化室的滤芯及细沙过滤层, 这时污水中的 污泥和杂物被阻隔在滤芯外, 从而达到净化污水的目的; 并且本发明在污水 处理过程中釆用物理天然的处理工艺, 不会对水质造成二次污染, 处理成本 低。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种污水净化器, 包括壳体(1 ),其特征在于所述壳体内通过隔板(2 ) 设置有多级净化室 (3 ), 相邻两净化室之间设置有引流管 (4 ), 所述引流管 的进口设置在所述隔板的上部, 出口延伸至所述净化室的底部; 在所述壳体 侧壁下端设置有污水进口 (5 ), 所述污水进口与第一级净化室的底部相通, 在最后一级净化室的上部安装有净水出口( 6 );所述净化室内安装有滤芯( 7 )。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种污水净化器, 其特征在于所述净化室通过 横向设置的隔层 (8 ) 分隔成上、 下过滤室 (31、 32 ), 所述上过滤室设置有 细沙过滤层(9 ), 所述滤芯的一部分设置在所述细沙过滤层内, 另一部分设 置在所述下过滤室内, 设置在所述上、 下过滤室内的滤芯之间通过管道(10 ) 连接。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种污水净化器, 其特征在于所述壳体一侧安 装有水泵(11 ), 所述水泵的进口与净水出口连接。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的一种污水净化器, 其特征在于所述净化室的上 部安装有反冲洗装置( 12 ), 所述反冲洗装置的进水管连接在所述水泵的出口 上。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种污水净化器, 其特征在于所述壳体的底部 安装有排污口 (13 )。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的一种污水净化器, 其特征在于所述壳体上设置 有分别与所述上、 下过滤室相通的仓门 (14 )。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种污水净化器, 其特征在于所述壳体上横向 设置有加强筋 ( 15 )。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种污水净化器, 其特征在于在所述壳体侧壁 上安装有电器控制箱 (16 )。
