Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'immersion et un procédé pour éliminer des dépôts calcaires et du sédiment à partir d'un réservoir de chauffe-eau électrique comportant un récipient de collecte relié au réservoir d'eau et disposé sous sa partie inférieure servant à recueillir les dépôts calcaires et le sédiment. Ce récipient présente une ouverture d'évacuation à travers laquelle les dépôts calcaires et le sédiment peuvent être efficacement évacués. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le récipient de collecte de dépôts calcaires et de sédiment est intégré à un accélérateur de chauffage sous la forme d'une unité intégrale pouvant comporter un moyen d'améliorer l'accélération du chauffage d'eau, et qui améliore considérablement la concentration d'énergie thermique de l'eau générée dans la partie supérieure du réservoir, permettant un accès plus rapide à l'eau chaude.
