Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'accès chirurgical sous forme d'introducteur utilisé dans des procédures gynécologiques, pouvant être introduit dans le corps d'un patient. Le dispositif (10) comprend un tube principal semi-rigide (28) pouvant recevoir un endoscope et un tube secondaire (30) pouvant recevoir un instrument chirurgical sous forme de dispositif de préhension (20). Le tube principal (28) est entouré d'une gaine (34). Le tube secondaire (30) est en forme de membrane escamotable fixée à la gaine (34). La membrane est radialement souple et déployée dans un état de dilatation lorsque le dispositif de préhension (20) est introduit dans la membrane. Lors de l'introduction du dispositif de préhension (20) dans le tube (30), des plaques de guidage (46.1) et (46.2) guident le dispositif de préhension entre les plaques de guidage de manière à empêcher ledit dispositif de se déplacer hors du centre sur un côté du tube principal (28).
