Abstract

Variable height heel structure (1) for shoes (50) comprising a first cylindrical portion (15) made of stiff material, for example of a metal material, or of plastic material, coupled telescopically to a cylindrical portion (25) also of stiff material and sliding with respect to first the portion (15) along a longitudinal axis (7) . In particular, the second portion (25) passes from a first position, corresponding to a minimum height (hmin) of the heel (1) , to a second position corresponding to a maximum height (hmax) of the heel (1) same. The sliding of the second portion (25) with respect to the first portion (15) can be guided, for example, by a pin (27) sliding in a slotted hole (28) made in the first portion (15) . At the first and the second position, the heel (1) engages respectively in a housing (13a) , or a housing (13b) , which crosses the sole (10) of the shoe (50) . More in detail, the first housing (13a) and the second housing (13b) take different angular positions to allow the maintainiment of the correct posture of the foot both at the minimum and at the maximum height of the heel (1) .
