Abstract
La présente invention concerne des lieurs prévus pour attacher des composés photocommutables à un acide nucléique. Ces lieurs peuvent être utilisés pour donner des composés photocommutables où les propriétés chimiques et biologiques de poly(acide nucléique) incorporant ces composés photocommutables peuvent être modulées par la lumière. En outre, la présente invention concerne des procédés de modulation d'hybridation de séquences de poly(acide nucléique) et de liaison de facteurs, par exemple, des polymérases aux séquences de poly(acide nucléique) incorporant lesdits composés photocommutables.
