Abstract
The present invention refers to a pet shelter (01 ), with devices to monitor the preset internal heating temperature and to keep it at an ideal level for the pet. It is supplied with mats (1 -A) manufactured with at least five layers, being two external of foam (06-07) covering two others internal layers made of an aluminized fabric (08 and 09) covering an armored and flexible electric resistance (10), and temperature sensor monitoring (11 ) through the central of command (05) that besides supervising the temperature, receives the electric power and dissipates it in a 10 to 20 Watts range supplying the resistance (10), and exhibiting the adjusted temperature on a display.
Description
Descriptive report of invention patent "PET
SHELTER WITH HEATING AND INTERNAL TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM".
To present invention refers to a pets shelter witch manufacture arrangement makes possible the heating of its walls to a previous selected temperature and monitoring system to provide and keep it in an ideal level for the pet.
There are not known pet shelters with such utility, although it is notorious the existence of many different types, some of igloo or house shape, of wood or fiber, among others. It is not known any type of shelter with the proposed characteristics of the present invention, propitiating the possibility of, besides internal heating for the pet, the internal temperature monitoring.
Due to the difficulties to keep pets warmth in low temperature places is why the present invention was developed, and to provide thermal comfort conditions for the pets while inside the shelter, keeping it in a steady and previously set temperature, with an automatic system, monitored by a proper sensor for this purpose, controlled by a thermostat and digital display allowing great facility in keeping the internal temperature. The present invention is better understood with the below detailed description and attached figures where:
Figure 1 - Shows the shelter in perspective. Figure 2 - Shows a lateral cut of the shelter, making possible the visualization of the internal heating resistance. Figure 3 - Shows a heating mat of with is manufactured the bed, the lateral walls and also the ceiling for the shelter, exposing details all the layers.
Figure 4 - Shows a lateral cut of the mat shown in figure 3.
According to the attached figures we have: the shelter (01) that can be manufactured in many models and sizes with heating and internal temperature monitoring system, being the heat supplied by special mat (1-A) used as mattress (02) and/or lateral wall covers (03) if necessary, and this mat (1-A) made of at least five layers according to pictures 3 and 4 where there are two external foam layers (06 and 07) covering others two internal layers made of an aluminized fabric (08 and 09), protecting a internal armored electric Resistance (10) sufficiently flexible to allow manipulation and molding of the mat (1-A), internal as mattress (02) and/or on the side walls (03) or still on the ceiling (04) when heating is necessary on them.
This shelter (01) has thermal insulation and a
Central of command (05) composed by a isolated power source converting the electric voltage to secure levels with the objective to supply the armored electric Resistance (10), providing the Shelter internal heating (01) being this temperature previously set on the Central of command (05) visualized through a Display (13) turned on by a switch control (14).
The internal temperature monitoring is made by a temperature Sensor (11) installed inside of the shelter. This Sensor (11) is the responsible for the activation of a thermostat inside the Central of command (05) with the objective of automatically connect and disconnect it, keeping the temperature as previously determined. The power source for the Central of command (05) is inside this Central of command (05) with electric insulation and an external power Cable (12).
As stated, the Central of command (05) makes the complete management of these functions controlling the power and dissipating the electricity in a 10 to 20 Watts range supplying the Resistance (10) and the temperature control Sensor (11), strategically installed inside the shelter which temperature can be visualized on the display (13) at the Central of Command (05).
The maintenance of an appropriate temperature for pets is of vital importance for its survival and satisfaction and the main advantage of the present invention is the temperature control facility for comfort in places and times of low temperature. This shelter reveals great efficiency as to keep and maintain the ideal temperature and thermal comfort for the pets.
Claims
1) "PET SHELTER WITH HEATING AND
INTERNAL TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM" It is characterized by being a pet Shelter (01), internally equipped with thermal heating, through an armored and flexible Resistance (10) with internal temperature monitoring made by a Sensor (11 ).
