Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a single switch for the operation of a magnetic switch, in which the switch used for the operation of the magnetic switch can perform opening and closing operations as a switch having a single structure and, more particularly, to a single switch for the operation of a magnetic switch, which is constructed in a single structure in which the respective sides of inner and outer fixed contact terminals are connected using a connection line, the magnetic switch is operated by the pulling and pressing operations of inner and outer operational contact terminals, and thus, a motor can be operated, and which can operate opening and closing indication lamps for the magnetic switch using an electronic circuit substrate. Background Art
[2] Generally, in order to operate a magnetic switch, the magnetic switch is turned on or turned off using separate operational switches as shown in FIG. 4. In order to turn on or turn off the magnetic switch, the opening and closing operations of the magnetic switch is performed using the two ON and OFF switches having respective independent press button schemes.

The conventional switch 200 is constructed such that normal contact terminals B and B' are installed on an inner side and non-contact terminals A and A' are installed on an outer side, and thus it is operated only by the pressing operation of buttons 1'. When any of the buttons 1' is pressed, a corresponding slide 2' is outwardly pushed and, thus, the operational non- contact terminal A' and the contact terminal B' are operated, so that the normal contact terminals B and B' are open and, thus, the non-contact terminals A and A' come into contact with each other, therefore the magnetic switch is operated.
[4] The conventional switch 200 is constructed such that either of press button schemes performs On operation as shown in FIG. 4. Accordingly, the other switch must be used to perform OFF operation, and thus the two switches are used.
[5] Furthermore, opening and closing indication lamps 10 and 10' for indicating the opening and closing operations of the magnetic switch are operated using a coil transducer.
[6] Conventionally, the switch 200 requires two independent ON and OFF switches to operate the magnetic switch as described above, and the coil transducer is also used for
the operation of the opening and closing indication lamps 10 and 10'.

[15] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing, in detail, the operational circuit of the opening and closing indication lamps of the present invention; and
[16] FIG. 4 is a structural diagram showing the construction of conventional switch contact terminals. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[17] The construction and operation of the invention are described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings below.
[18] FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram showing the operation system of the present invention, and shows the case where a motor is operated by operating a magnetic switch using a single switch having a pulling and pressing button scheme and the opening and closing indication lamps of the magnetic switch is turned on simultaneously with the opening and closing of the magnetic switch using an electronic circuit substrate, FIG. 2 is a structural diagram showing the construction of the switch contact terminals of the present invention, and shows the structure of a single switch constructed such that one side of a fixed non-contact terminal, the center of which is cut, and one side of a fixed contact terminal, the center of which is cut and which is not used as an input terminal for an R line, are connected by a connection line, and the opening and closing operations of the magnetic switch are performed by operating an operational non- contact terminal and an operational contact terminal in conjunction with the pulling and pressing operations of a button, and FIG. 3 is a diagram showing, in detail, the operational circuit of the opening and closing indication lamps of the present invention, in which the opening and closing indication lamps emit light simultaneously with the opening and closing of the magnetic switch using the electronic circuit substrate.
[19] The present invention, described above, provides a single switch 100 that operates or stops the motor by operating the magnetic switch 400 in conjunction with the pulling and pressing operations using a single switch and, at the same time, and facilitates the rapid and convenient determination of an operation state with naked eyes by causing a blue indication lamp 10 and a red indication lamp 10' to emit light.
[20] When the button 1 is pulled in the state in which the R line is electrically connected to the fixed contact terminal B of the single switch 100, and one side of the fixed contact terminal B and one side the fixed non-contact terminal A are connected by the connection line C as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the fixed contact terminal B and the op-
erational contact terminal B' are in a fixed state, and the fixed non-contact terminal A and the operational non-contact terminal A' come into contact with each other by a slide 2 and, thus, both sides of the fixed non-contact terminal A are connected to each other, so that R current flows to an R magnetic force line D connected with the fixed non-contact terminal A and, thus, an magnetic force part 11 is magnetized, with the result that an open switch in the magnetic switch 400 is closed and, thus, the motor is operated.
[21] A transform contact terminal 14 causes current to flow through a blue line connection portion 13 simultaneously with the operation of the motor, so that the R current flows to a blue indication lamp incoming line F and, thus, the blue indication lamp 10 emits light, therefore the operation of the motor can be indicated.
[22] When the fixed contact terminal B and the operational contact terminal B' are separated from each other by the pressing operation, the R current is interrupted and, thus, the magnetic force part 11 is demagnetized, so that the magnetic switch 400 is open, therefore the motor is stopped. In this case, the transform contact terminal 14 causes a red line connection portion 12 to make a short circuit, so that the R current flows to a red indication lamp input line G and, thus, the red indication lamp 10' emits light, therefore the stoppage of operation of the motor can be indicated.
[23] That is, although the R current always flows through the system lines of opening and closing indication lamps 10 and 10' via the opening and closing indication lamps input line C that is directly coupled with the connection line C of the fixed contact terminal B and the fixed non-contact terminal A, the opening and closing indication lamps 10 and 10' selectively emit light in response to the operation of the transform contact terminal 14.
[24] Furthermore, when the button 1 of the single switch 100 is pulled and released, the fixed non-contact terminal A and the operational non-contact terminal A' are spaced apart from each other again while the slide 2 is restored to an original location, and thus no current flows to the R magnetic force line D, but current flows to the blue indication lamp incoming line F by the contact terminal 14 and, thus, the R current flows via the R magnetic force auxiliary line D' connected with the blue indication lamp incoming line (F). Accordingly, no abnormality occurs in the operation of the magnetic force part 11.
[25] The T line is directly coupled to the normally input element 3 of an opening and closing indication lamp operation circuit substrate 300 via a substrate normally input line E without passing through the single switch 100. Furthermore, the T line is always connected to the magnetic force part 11 via a T magnetic force line E'.
[26] When the button 1 of the single switch 100 is pressed, the slide 2 is outwardly pushed and, thus, the fixed contact terminal B and the operational contact terminal B'
are spaced apart from each other, so that the R current is interrupted, with the result that the current flowing to the R magnetic force line D is interrupted and, at the same time, the operation of the magnetic force part 11 is released. Accordingly, the magnetic switch 400 is open and, thus, the operation of the motor is stopped.
[27] Although the operation of the motor is stopped as described above and the transform contact terminal 14 causes the red line connection part 12 to make a short circuit and, thus, the slide 2 is restored to the original location, the opening and closing indication lamps input line C and the red indication lamp input line G, through which the R current always flows, are in a connection state, so that the indication lamp 10' emits light, therefore the stoppage of the motor can be indicated.
[28] The above-described operations are instantaneously performed, and are determined by permitting or interrupting the flow of the R current to any of the R magnetic force line D and the blue indication lamp incoming line F and the red indication lamp in coming line G.
[29] The present invention is constructed such that the above-described operations are performed when the electrical connection of the R magnetic force line D is instantaneously made only by the operational non-contact terminal A' because the center of the fixed non-contact terminal A is cut, but are stopped when the operational contact terminal B' and the fixed contact terminal B are spaced apart from each other and, thus, the R current is fundamentally interrupted.
[30] As shown in FIG. 3, the present invention is constructed such that the blue and red opening and closing indication lamps 10 and 10' emit light in response to the pulling and pressing operations of the button 1 of the single switch 100. The normally input element 3 of the opening and closing indication lamp operation circuit substrate 300 is connected with the T line via the normally input line E, input current is rectified by bridge diodes 8 via input condensers 6 and causes the opening and closing indication lamps 10 and 10' to be turned on via respective smoothing circuits of oil condensers 9, and resistors 7 are constructed such that the opening and closing indication lamps 10 and 10' are protected through supply of appropriate voltage.
[31] The construction, which is made such that the motor is operated when the button 1 of the single switch 100 is pulled but the motor is stopped when the button 1 is pressed, is to enable the pressing operation of the button 1 to be more easily and instantaneously performed than the pulling operation if a situation in which the motor must be abruptly stopped occurs.
[32] The present invention is not limited to the preferred specific embodiment, described above, and it should be understood that a person having an ordinary skill in the art to which the invention pertains can realize various medications without departing from the gist of the present invention claimed in the claims and that such modifications are
all included in the scope of the claims.
