Abstract

An input device for a computer is described. The input device comprises a character display device and a plurality of input keys . Each key is adapted to present one or more characters displayed on said character display device to a user wherein a first character displayed on said display device is selectable by depression of one of said input keys and a second character displayed on said display device is selectable by depression of another one of said input keys.
