Abstract

The present invention relates to a golf putter and a sticker attached thereon, which is constructed of a focusing line formed on the top surface of a putter, so that it can lead to the concentration on the ball control, and assist the putting of a natural stroke by means of visual concentration and psychological control, by forming a concave arch on the contacting surface of the putter. In this regard, since the focusing line is constructed that both end portions of the concave are in contact with the striking surface, instinctive and sensual stroke can be caused without any psychological burden, and the stiffness of the muscle by using the curved view line, which is not a right angle. Thus, it is possible to assist the natural impact of the golf ball by using an interval between the straight line of the striking surface and the curved line of the focusing line.

THE FOCUSING GOLF PUTTERAND THE STICKER ATTACHED TO THE FOCUSING GOLF PUTTER
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a golf putter and a sticker attached thereon, which is capable of striking a golf ball linearly without some burden such as a burden of progressing the golf ball vertically (maintaining a vertical relation between the progressing direction of the golf ball and the striking plane) at the time of putting a stroke. Background Art
[2] Nowadays, several golf putter related technologies have been developed. However, reviewing the recent technologies, there is disclosed a Korean Patent Application No. 10-2005-01301182 directed to a golf putter, in which a groove is formed on a striking surface to improve the linearity at the time of the striking, and a spline engagement structure is prepared to easily change a shaft, if necessary.
[3] Further, this is characterized in that a plurality of circular grooves are formed with respect to a striking point of a head so as to improve the linearity to thereby send the golf ball accurately to the target position at the time of the putting. In addition, it is characterized in that a spline is formed at one end of the shaft to facilitate the engagement between the head with the shaft, and a key groove is formed at the head to correspond to the spline.
[4] According to the technical construction as described above, since a plurality of circular grooves are formed with respect to the striking point, the striking force is uniformly absorbed through the grooves at the time of the putting, and the repulsion force is uniformly transferred via the grooves to the putter to thereby enable the golf ball to be sent to the target position accurately.
[5] Moreover, while the golf ball is struck, result in the deviation from the striking point at the time of the putting, the grooves can correct it so as to prevent the occurring of the side spin to thereby improve the linearity of the golf ball.
[6] Also, since the spline is formed at one end of the shaft and a key groove is formed accurately at the head to correspond to it, it becomes easy to joint the head with the shaft and avoid the high temperature treatment through welding, and the like to thereby maintain the hardness uniformly.
[7] In Korean utility model application No. 20-2005-0032141, there is disclosed a putter head aligning device, which is capable of easily arranging a putting position and a putting line for putting the golf ball disposed on a putting green accurately to a golf hole by using the putter head aligning device for the golf putter, in which the head aligning device is fixedly disposed on the shaft adjacent to a grip of the putter constructed of a head, a shaft and a grip. In such a structure, the head aligning device is constructed to define a triangular shaped aligning member, so that a head aligning line is indicated at the lower side of an aligning member positioned at right angle with respect to the head surface of the putter, and the upper end apex, at which two sides join, becomes a center point of the shaft disposed at a longitudinal center portion of the shaft to assist the alignment.
[8] In addition, the Korean utility model application No. 20-2005-0031796 related to a putter striking practicing device is devised to practice the striking harmonious sense of a front end side and a rear end side of a putter striking surface skillfully at the time of striking the putter, so that the golf ball struck by the putter can be moved linearly in an intended direction consistently with striking force applied, and in which two putter striking portions are formed in parallel to concurrently strike the two positions by one putter striking, and kinetic energy produced from the putter striking is concurrently transferred to respective ball secondarily through a prepared striking rod guide, a striking rod, and the striking surface of the ball, to make the respective struck ball move as much as it is applied through a rail and to make the difference of the progressing distance of the respective ball be discerned by the eye directly and instantly to thereby sense the difference of the harmony of the striking force at the front side and at the rear side of the striking surface of the putter at the time of the striking of the putter.
[9] As described above, the development and study about the assistant technology of the golf putter have progressed in connection with constructing a vertical line or horizontal line between the surface of the putter and the vertical distance to the hole after inspecting the distance between the golf ball and the hole so that the putting can be performed linearly, or in connection with the controlling method of the distance of the ball struck, or a working method of the putting surface of the putter for assisting the contact with the putting surface. However, since all of them have been intended to concentrate on a hole cup at the time of the putting, it has been required for the technology of assisting the putter in performing the putting at more efficient and stable state of the mind. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[10] Accordingly, the present invention was devised to solve such conventional problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a golf putter, which improves the conventional focusing method using a straight line and a right angle to facilitate the concentration of the golf ball on the hole cup, and in which a concave parabola shaped focusing line having a size of a golf ball is formed at the upper side portion of the putter surface so that both end portions thereof can come into contact with the striking surface to thereby concentrate the eye of the user on the hole cup with giving more efficient and stable psychological sense such as the effect of the lens of permeating and concentrating the light, and which makes the golf ball be struck by the user substantially earlier than the psychological striking point due to the interval produced between the real striking surface of the putter and the focusing line, which is a psychological striking line, to thereby putt a stroke of the golf ball more naturally and smoothly.

[19] FlG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the construction of a sticker of the present invention; and
[20] FlG. 9 is a reference view showing other preferred embodiment of the sticker of the present invention. Mode for the Invention
[21] Hereinafter, the construction and action of the focusing golf putter and the sticker attached thereon will be described in detail with reference to FlG. 1 through FlG. 9 below.
[22] Referring now to FlG. 1, the conventional technology of increasing the focusing with respect to the hole-cup by using the conventional putter is to improve the linearity by technically constructing the contacting surface of the putter or to increase the linearity with respect to the hole-cup by drawing a straight line or a horizontal line on the top surface of the putter exposed directly to the eye.
[23] However, the conventional technology using the straight line, and the like as described above is apt to increase the psychological stiffness of the user, so that the strain of the body, in particular, the strain of the arm becomes serious so long as the user is intended to putt better, to thereby decrease the accuracy of the putting. In other words, when the linearity of the hole-cup with respect to the putter is aimed at by using the straight line and the horizontal line, and the like, contacting with the imaginary straight line, the user will make efforts to maintain a right angle of the putter and to be tensioned to align the horizontal line corresponding to the imaginary straight line or form a right angle. Thus, the concentration on the position of the putter and the contacting point will reduce the concentration with respect to the hole-cup to thereby reduce the probability of accurate putting.
[24] In particular, while the change of the stroke is not serious for the high-class golfer, the beginner or the mid-class golfer concentrates on the putting consciously and too seriously as they putt a stroke, since it is apt to cause errors due to the muscle stiffness and psychological stiffness, the comfortable stroke can bring about better results.
[25] Accordingly, the present invention is devised to provide an imaginary direction of the golf ball with respect to the hole-cup with an imagination of forming a focus and without an imagination represented by a straight line by using the putter, and enables the user to achieve psychological stability and increase the concentration with respect to the hole-cup to thereby perform the natural and smooth putting of a stroke by forming the psychological striking line defining the space with respect to the real striking surface.
[26] Consequently, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4, and 5, according to the present invention, the putter is constructed to form a focusing line 100 such that the upper side shaft is constructed of a binding surface and formed as a parabola shape diverging to form symmetrical concave shape having an interval greater than the diameter of the minimal golf ball, and both end portions 100a of the parabola become to contact with the striking surface.
[27] As shown in FlG. 3, reviewing the use method of the putter by means of the focusing line 100, when the putter 11 is positioned to form a line including a target point Ia with a hole-cup 1 and a golf ball 10, an imaginary focusing is achieved by focusing on one side of the center point of the hole-cup from both end points of the focusing line 100 of the putter 11. This is because association imagination can be caused to define the target point from both end points 100a of the focusing line 100 by means of the concave shaped focusing line 100. The focusing action operates to reduce the concentration on the target and the stress. In this regard, when the curve is aimed at instinctively, imaginary association of concentrating on the inside reduces the psy- chological burden and stress to thereby decrease the stiffness of the muscle of the arm and the whole body, so that the stroke can be guided comfortably. Accordingly, it helps to putt a comfortable stroke by minimizing the conscious concentration.
[28] The putter 11 formed with the focusing line 100 for supporting the concentration of the target can assist the imagination of the user more obviously even when the alignment state including the ball is wrong, as shown in FIGS 4 and 5, this is because the deviation angle of the ball getting out of the hole-cup 1 can be easily distorted and imagined if the imagination is achieved by concentration on the target point Ia of the hole-cup 1, which includes the ball 10 from both end portions 100a of the focusing line 100.
[29] The focusing association is achieved by the imagination of the reflection of the light through the general lens, and improves the putting of a stroke by combining the conscious image associations coupled to the natural phenomenon unconsciously, instinctively and sensually.
[30] For reference, the present invention surpasses the conventional related technique of the whole putter using a weight, a length, a right angle, a shape, and the like of the head, and enables to putt a more instinctive and sensual stroke. Thus, it enables to remove the burden of forming a right angle by using the focusing line employing the curve, depart from the conventional method of the right angle at the time of directing to the hole-cup instinctively, and enables to putt a comfortable and sensual stroke at the state of minimizing the psychological burden. Thus, as described above, it is possible to putt a natural stroke satisfying the basic requirements of the putter such as predetermined grip force of a grip, the speed of the putting, the control of the feeling of the distance, and the like, so that the user can putt a stroke by using the technique of assisting the instinctive concentration and the comfortable psychological state.
[31] Moreover, while the smooth image striking can be achieved by the space formed between the striking surface and the focusing line 100, as shown in FlG. 9, the user will become to watch it from the upper portion where the focusing line 100 is drawn. In this regard, since the focusing line 100 will be more strongly sensed in sight than the striking line of the striking surface by which the real striking is performed, the focusing line 100 for achieving the focusing will be sensed as a psychological striking line, so that the golf ball is previously struck before the psychological striking point due to the interval between the real striking surface of the putter and the focusing line, which is a psychological striking line, to thereby putt a natural and smooth stroke of the golf ball, in case of the real putting of the stroke. When the ball is substantially impacted, conscious concentration and control of the force will be achieved. In this regard, since the impact with the real golf ball will be achieved more quickly, the stroke can be putted more naturally and smoothly with removing the conscious factors to the minimum.
[32] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, while the focusing line 100 may be directly formed on the putter, a sticker with the focusing line 100 drawn thereon may be attached on the upper side of the putter for use. Since the sticker 110 is attached on the upper side of the putter 11, it may be used by forming a groove 110a at the putter to prevent it from coming into contact with the putter shaft. In this regard, the groove 110a may be diversely formed according to the fixed position of the shaft.
[33] With the supply of the sticker as constructed above, users can achieve the same effect by using the putter on which the sticker 110 having the focusing line 100 drawn thereon is attached, instead of purchasing the putter applied of the present invention. The sticker 100 for use in the golf putter may be fabricated of paper material, synthetic resin material, metal material, and the like according to the liking of the user, and can be constructed of a selected thickness. Moreover, it can be attached to the putter by the user s direct attachment of the sticker to the putter by using adhesives, and as shown in FlG. 8 and as was the conventional sticker products, and an adhesive material 110b and a protection cover 110c for the adhesive material are sequentially formed on a binding surface of the sticker so that the user can attach it easily on the putter for use.
[34] In addition, the sticker can be made of colors capable of providing psychological stability for every user, and even when the sticker is directly formed on the putter, it can be formed of colors desired by the user to thereby provide improved psychological stability and visual concentration. Industrial Applicability
[35] As described above, apart from the conventional technology, according to the focusing golf putter and a sticker attached thereon of the present invention, it is possible to provide the user with image training for increasing concentration more efficiently without any awareness to thereby make the user putt at a comfortable psychological state, so that the beginner can also perform the back swing easily and accurately and is guided to impact the golf ball at the center portion of the putter to thereby increase the success ratio of the erroneous putting, resulting in the good assistance to the user enjoying the golf.
