Abstract

[Object] With this gas lighter, the main lighter unit and the center case can be attached and removed and can be easily mounted without increasing the number of parts. [Solution] The gas lighter I is equipped with a main lighter unit 11 with an opening at the top, a gas tank part 11 1 , a center case 21 arranged on the top of the gas tank part 111 and that covers said opening, a valve mechanism part 13 with a gas spray nozzle 134 that is inserted into the center case 21 and that releases and blocks the flammable gas spray, an ignition means 23 that ignites the flammable gas via a piezoelectric unit 22, an operation means 26 that sprays the flammable gas to the valve mechanism part 13 and operates to ignite the flammable gas via the ignition means 23, and an external cap 30 mounted to rotate freely around a pin on a shaft S on the top of the main lighter unit 11. The center case 21 is equipped with notches 214 through which the pin is inserted and the center case 21 is attached to the main lighter unit 11 by inserting the pin into the notches 214.
