Definitions
- the Mosquito-needle comprises of the following parts:
- the mosquito-needle can be produced either with a Chiral Carbon
- the mosquito needle If the mosquito needle is going to be applied on a syringe, its length can be equal to that of regular six (6) centimetre needles, or shorter, in order to reduce its cost.
- mosquito needle is intended for acupuncture, it is solid, and its length may vary from 10 to 20 centimetres.
- the mosquito-needle's thickness can be as reduced as we wish, which is allowed by the firmness of carbon nanotubes.
- the thickness depends on the purpose of the syringe or the concentration of the liquid (medicine) we wish to infuse via the syringe.
Abstract
The Mosquito-needle is a new invention, which takes full advantage of the natural characteristics of Carbon Nanotubes. The Mosquito-needle can be either applied on a syringe or be used separately, for acupuncture. The basic advantages of the mosquito-needle are that, on one hand, it is not perceptible, during penetration into the human body, due to its thinness, and, on the other hand, it cannot be bended or broken, due to the high endurance of Carbon Nanotubes.
Description
MOSQUITO NEEDLE COMPRISING CARBON NANOTUBES
The Mosquito-needle comprises of the following parts:
1.1 The mosquito-needle clasp (figures 1 and 2 (2)). 2./ The mosquito-needle itself (figures 1 and 2 (i)).
The mosquito-needle can be produced either with a Chiral Carbon
Nanotube (figure 3), or with a Zig Zag Carbon Nanotube (figure 4).
If the mosquito needle is going to be applied on a syringe, its length can be equal to that of regular six (6) centimetre needles, or shorter, in order to reduce its cost.
If the mosquito needle is intended for acupuncture, it is solid, and its length may vary from 10 to 20 centimetres.
The mosquito-needle's thickness can be as reduced as we wish, which is allowed by the firmness of carbon nanotubes. The thickness depends on the purpose of the syringe or the concentration of the liquid (medicine) we wish to infuse via the syringe.
Claims
JL) The main characteristic of the mosquito-needle is its extremely reduced diameter (J.) as well as the elasticity and endurance of its basic material, which is any form of carbon nanotubes.
