La présente invention concerne des ligands qui se lient spécifiquement à la leptine et/ou au récepteur de la leptine afin de moduler ainsi l'activité du récepteur, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques et des procédés qui utilisent le ligand dans le traitement d'une maladie.
