Abstract

An der einen Endseite dieser Getränkedose (1) aus Kunststoff ist eine Stirnfläche (5) angeordnet, die einen Trinkausguss bildet. Auf der dem Trinkausguss gegenüberliegenden Seite wird die Dose befüllt und hernach mit einer Folie oder einem folienartigen oder versteiften, vorgeformten Deckel dichtend verschlossen. Der Trinkausguss ist mit einer Öffnungsklappe (3) aufbrechbar, wobei die Öffnungsklappe (3) entlang einer den Trinkausguss begrenzenden gekrümmten Schwächungslinie (6) als Sollbruchstelle in der Stirnfläche (13) aus dieser teilweise herausbrechbar und über ein Filmscharnier (10) um 180° nach hinten verschwenkbar ist. In der aufgeschwenkten Position wird die Öffnungsklappe (3) von Einrastelementen (16) festgehalten. Die Öffnungsklappe (3) weist längs ihres beweglichen, dem Filmscharnier (10) gegenüberliegenden und gekrümmten Randbereich eine von diesem Randbereich nach abwärts ragende gekrümmte Schürze (12) auf. Deren unterer Rand bildet mit der Stirnfläche die gekrümmte Schwächungslinie (6). Der Krümmungsradius der Schürze (12) wächst ab ihrem unteren Rand gegen die Öffnungsklappe hin, sodass bei wieder zugeklappter Öffnungsklappe (3) ein dichter Verschluss gebildet ist und die Öffnungsklappe in Schliessposition mittels eines Höckers (14) einrastet.
