Description
Title: M ethod to adjust com puter notebooks to improve users' friendliness
Th e Description: The existing design of computer notebooks can cause fatigue in the upper body of users. It is recommended by health professionals that the proper posture of using computers is to let arms and shoulders stayed relaxed while the user is typing, and to maintain the head at uprϊght position with the computer monitor (screen) being adjusted to the user's eye level. This can avoid muscular pain and fatigue at users' necks, shoulders, backs and arms.
However, nowadays computer notebooks do not allow users to adjust the monitor's height.
Most of the cases, the monitor is far below the user's eye level. Some users buy additional desktop monitors for prolonged use of notebooks. This causes extra monies and working space, and the problem cannot be totally eliminated when the user is traveling.
The proposed feature can allow users to adjust the height of notebooks' monitors to their eye levels.
Claims
Claims: The proposed feature allows adjustment of the notebook monitor and thus can significantly improve user friendliness of notebooks, and reduce the chance of causing upper body muscular fatigue to users due to poor posture.
