Description

: "A PACKAGE COMPRISING A DETACHABLE STRIP AND AN INFORMATION PROVIDING MEANS FOR OPENING PACKAGES".
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a package comprising at least one detachable strip containing information on one of its surfaces.
The present invention further relates to opening means formed from said detachable strip. Description of the prior art
Packages for flasks and containers designed, for example, for cosmetic products or others like cigarettes are known from the prior art, which are provided with a specific tear-opening means for opening the package and having access to the packed product.
We see cigarette packages or even ream packages having a opening tape or even a little flap capable of tearing the package in a determined direction when the user handles it. After such packages have been opened, the opening tape is discarded.
Thus, such elements are discarded and do not have usefulness after the package has been opened. In this regard, it would be advisable to consider an additional use for such pieces. Some relevant prior-art documents related to the matter of the present invention are indicated hereinafter.
Document US 6,736,261 discloses a package for articles, particularly cigarettes, comprising a curved metal box having a portion in the form of a tray, which is slidable forward and backward. Further, there is a strip of shrinkable material involving the package and having perforations for detachment. On the strip surface facing outwards there may be information relating to the origin of the product.
Document US 6,276,529 describes a blister package having upper and lower surfaces and a strip for tearing it open in a peripheral sealable portion. It is foreseen that the package may comprise a portion located close to the upper surface which may be detached and may further contain information about the product located at the front part of the package. Document US 6,213,303 discloses a package for fluid or volatile cosmetic products that comprises an internal box, a section with a card having two surfaces and a covering section over the card surfaces. The covering section is removable for access to the internal box from the perforations. In this way, one has access to the card by breaking the perforationsDocument GB 2289879 discloses a package for sheets of paper having a folded packing paper enclosing the ream. This package has a punched strip for detachment in order to give access to the sheets.
Document EP 0 860 371 describes a package material containing corrugated sheets of paper covered with a cohesive composition and a strip adhered to the covered side. The strip and the sheet are perforated so as to provide a cutting line, which enables the user to open the package by tearing it.
Document MU 7301518-0 discloses a post card device, introduced in the covers of cardboard boxes for packages by means of punching. In this way, the post card is detachable from the cover and may have printed parts of the post card itself on the inner side of the cover of such boxes. Therefore, in view of the prior-art documents cited above, no teaching provides advantages relating to the use of detachable strips to aid in opening packages or obtaining partial access to the packed product and still containing information located on its surface facing the inside of the package. Objectives of the invention
The present invention aims at providing a creative solution for arranging technical or other information about, for example, a product packed in a package, on the package itself. Such information is obtained only by opening the package at least partially in a specific way that will be detailed later. Brief description of the invention
The objective of the present invention is to provide a package that comprises at least one detachable strip having a first surface facing an internal side determined by the package, and the detachable strip has data and/or information arranged on the first surface, available to the users when the detachable strip is removed at least partially.
Further, the present invention relates to an information providing means for opening packages that comprises:
