Abstract
Système d'émission de lumière, comportant un photodétecteur de contrôle intégré, et procédé de fabrication de ce système. Ce système s'applique notamment aux liaisons optiques et comprend un composant électronique émetteur de lumière (2), un guide de lumière (4) qui reçoit la lumière émise par le composant, ce guide comportant une face d'entrée de lumière (8) disposée en regard du composant et réfléchissant une partie de la lumière qu'elle reçoit, et un photodétecteur (14) intégré au composant et détectant une partie de la lumière émise par ce composant, ce photodétecteur étant placé à proximité du composant et apte à recevoir une partie de la lumière réfléchie par la face d'entrée de lumière. La couche active du composant électronique émetteur de lumière est faite du même matériau que la couche active du photodétecteur.
