Abstract

Implant chirurgical utilisé pour fixer un transplant ligamentaire (18) destiné à remplacer un ligament reliant deux os de part et d'autre d'une articulation. Le transplant ligamentaire est fixé dans un tunnel formé par une première portion (10) percée à partir de la paroi extérieure corticale du premier os (12) et se prolongeant par une deuxième portion (16) sur une profondeur déterminée du deuxième os (14) . L'implant comprend deux broches transversales (50, 52) fixées au transplant par pénétration dans ce dernier après qu' il a été introduit dans la deuxième portion de tunnel, les deux broches étant non parallèles et situées dans deux plans différents, la broche inférieure étant en appui sur la surface intérieure (46) de la partie corticale du deuxième os.
