Abstract

This invention made to provide a mask convenient for breathing that can allow you to breathe smoothly due to the sufficient space around the mouse and nose, lengthens the cleaning period as the space of air circulation becomes widened and increases the cold-proof and dustproof capability by preventing the gap around the nose from being generated, has a feature that the frame(20) is constituted of the nose support(24) and the chin support(26) positioned between the inner layer and outer layer of the cover attached with the hanger cords in the both sides of the cover, and this frame creates the space(16) around the mouse and the nose.

Technical Field
[1] This invention relates to a mask convenient for breathing.
Background Art
[2] This invention relates to a mask convenient for breathing, and in more detail to a mask that makes breathing smooth with the frames that forms space around mouth and noise inside the mask.
[3] Generally, a mask is used for the purpose of protection against coldness, wind as well as against dust, and there's an ordinary mask in use which is made of fabric cover with hanger cords to be attached that covers noise and mouse, and there's also an industrial mask that is molded in a shape of cup and is equipped with ventilating device.
[4] The ordinary mask above can be used conveniently at reasonable price but has low effectiveness in the dustproof function, and the industrial mask has excellent dustproof function but is expensive and inconvenient to put on, so it's used limited to the work places that have much dust.
[5] In the meantime, the ordinary mask is contacted closely to the front of face, so it's touched with nose and mouse or is very close from them. Therefore, this makes it difficult to breathe smoothly and the surrounding of nose and mouse gets wet easily due to the steam of breath. This can be also an obstacle for breathing and a cause for the often contamination of mask. Additionally, in case of women, as the lipstick gets touched to the mask directly, there's inconveniency like lipstick is erased and is stained to the mask. And as the flow of air is carried out only in very small space close around nose, dust and foreign materials are filtered in only the small part, which means its effectiveness in the dustproof function is poor and it has problem it needs to be cleaned often. Furthermore, the gap between the ridge of the nose and the mask diminishes the protection effect against cold and dust much. Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem
[6] This invention is to overcome the foregoing existing problems and the purpose of this inventionis to provide a mask convenient for breathing which allows breathing to be done smoothly by creating enough space around mouse and nose, and lengthens the period of cleaning as the space where air circulates is widened.
[7] Anther purpose of this invention is to provide a mask convenientfor breathing that prevents a gap between the ridge of the nose and the mask from being generated so that the cold-proof and dustproof capability can be increased. [8] In order to achieve the purposes above, this invention has a feature of the frame
(20)consisted of nose support (24) and chin support (26) that is positioned between the inner layer and outer layer of the cover where hanger cords are attached, so this frame forms a space(16) around mouse and nose part. [9]
Advantageous Effects
[10] As we've studied like above, the mask convenient for breathing applied with this invention has a space(16) around the mouse and nose that makes breathing comfortable as the air inside ventilates smoothly and extends the cleaning period of the mask as the air circulates in wide area and the filtered foreign materials are spread in also wide range. And, as the surrounding of mouse and nose does not get wet easily, this doesn't give unpleasantness like the ordinary mask, prevents thelipstick of women from being erased and increments the dustproof effect by blocking the outside air coming from the gap between the ridge of nose and the mask. The mask convenient for breathing applied with this invention features in the frame(20) constituted of the nose support(24) in upper part connected with the chin support(26) in lower part through the connection rod(22), and also features in the condition where the frame above is inserted between the inner layer of the cover (10) and outer layer of the cover(12) and is fixed by sewing. [23] More detailed explanation is as follows.
[24] Firstly, the inner layer and the outer of the cover are structured identically and the hanger cords(14) are attached to the both sides of them. Then, between the inner layer and the outer layer of the cover above is inserted with the frame(20) and it's sewed per the outside of the frame shape, then the sewed line is generated.
[25] At this time, the frame above(20) becomes equipped with the connecting rod(22) bent according to the shape of nose with the nose support(24) and the chin support(26) to be connected in each lower and upper part of the connecting rod. The nose support(24) above is formed to both sides from the connecting rod and is shaped in gentle curved line in orderto be adhered closely to the cheekbone part, and it forms a bent(25) that is stuck to the ridge of the upper nose. Therefore, as the bent becomes adhered per the ridge of the nose and the gap is shrunk to the minimum. Also, the chine support(26) of the lower part of connecting rod is formed in curved line so that the chine of user can be touched closely to it.
[26] And the connecting rod(22) has a certain slant in order to be fixed in line with the ridge of the nose and has a shape protruded forward. Therefore, when putting on the mask, the space(16) in front of the mouse and nose is created.
[27] The frame which is completed like this, is recommendedto be made of elastic resin but metal material will be also possible to be used. And besides the method of sewing the frame above to the mask, the interchangeable structure using button, magic tape and zippers can be said to be included in the range of this invention.

Claims
[1] A mask convenient for breathing features in :a frame(20) constituted of the nose support(24) and the chin support(26) in upper and lower part of the connection rod(22), and the condition where the frame above is inserted between the inner layer of the cover(lθ) and outer layer of the cover(12) and is fixed by sewing.
[2] The mask above convenient for breathing of claim 1, wherein it has a feature that the middle of the nose support(24) is formed with a bent(25).
